Studying koi fish with and enjoying the nuance of the mud ponds are very serene experience. This serenity makes the difficulty of learning about quality of the fish and breeding them becomes very enjoyable.
Admin remembered what Mitsunori Isa-san from Isa Koi Farm said when he was interviewed by Kodama Koi Farm, "In the world of koi, there are much more we can't see than what we can". This morning, admin began to realize a little what Isa-san said.
In the second pict, we can see a 50 bu kanoko kohaku. That koi has quality as an oyagoi (koi parent), but Mr. Tono (the owner of ABe Koi Kediri) as its owner experiencing a difficult time finding a perfect partner for her, because she has hard-to-understand characteristics as an oyagoi. The difficulty of breeding this kanoko kohaku feels like a water drop in a wide sea when we talk about breeding as a whole.
