Stretching can enhance vertebral joint range of motion, build core strength and improve flexibility!
For each stretch, begin with the horse standing squarely and balanced on level ground.
Repeat it 3-5 times!
During each exercise, the horse should move under its own volition to gradually stretch its postural muscles. Don’t force it!
Perform this exercise about 3 times per week after work and have results in:
- Enhanced flexibility
- Core strength
- Balance!
There are tools necessary to improving performance and movement, but remember
“don’t add fitness to dysfunction”, fix it! 🐎

After electrotherapy protocol, this was the result in only 1 month.

PRP is plasma rich in platelets and growth factors, this proteins are very important in healing of injuries, rebuilding connective tissue, collagen and elastin.
This regenerative therapy can be pro-inflammatory, inducing an inflammatory response and upgrading autophagy - crucial for a new healing process!
One of the reasons that some injuries doesn’t completely heal has to do with circulation. And how can we improve the blood flow? Ozonating it!
