Today, we pause to honor the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of our veterans. At Wave of Serenity, we are grateful to all who have served, as well as to their families who have shared in their sacrifices. You are the reason we stand together, safe and free. I’m so grateful for my father, a veteran who served in the Navy and for my son who currently serves in the Air Force!

On this Veterans Day, we extend our deepest respect and gratitude to those who have served and continue to serve. Thank you for your bravery, resilience, and sacrifice. 🇺🇸❤️. Thank you to my father and my son for your dedication to our nation.

Say hello to Navarre! The gentle giant with such a sweet soul. He is a therapy horse for foster youth. I was contacted by Sarah from Boys and Girls Haven because Navarre seemed a little depressed, sore, and disconnected, something I think we all can relate to.

Animal therapy can be incredibly effective in helping foster youth heal from trauma. Horses, like Navarre, offer a unique connection that fosters trust and emotional growth. The bond they create can provide comfort and support, making a significant difference in the lives of these children. It’s inspiring to see such impactful work being done here at this organization.

It’s important to recognize that therapy animals like Navarre also need care and support. Ensuring their well-being allows them to continue their vital work with children. Providing them with therapy helps manage their stress and keeps them healthy, both physically and emotionally. It’s wonderful that Sarah and the staff are so dedicated to their care! Thanks for having me out!!

🐾 What an Amazing Weekend! 🐾

Tin Woof Inn dock diving event was a splash-tacular success, and we’re thrilled with how much the dogs (even a few handlers) enjoyed the PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy sessions! 🐶💦

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by. And a huge Thank you to Gale at Tin Roof Inn for inviting me out!!! The PEMF therapy helped the dogs recover faster, reduce pain, and perform their best. It’s incredible to see the positive impact on their health and happiness.

We all love celebrating America’s Independence Day 🎉 but it comes at a price for our animals both big and small.

Did you know that up to 50% of dogs 🐶 react fearfully to fireworks, leading to a significant increase in runaway pets during this time 😢 Fireworks can cause dogs and other pets to panic and attempt to escape, often resulting in injuries or becoming lost.

🐴Horses are also highly sensitive to loud noises and sudden flashes of light. Fireworks can cause significant stress and anxiety, leading to behaviors like pacing, sweating, and trying to escape their enclosures.

To help mitigate these risks, try to keep smaller pets indoors with windows closed and noise distractions such as radios or TVs turned on. Ensuring pets have proper identification tags and updated microchip information is crucial. Ensure your barn is safe from hazards and pastures are secure.

Happy Father’s Day. A day to celebrate the men in our life’s who truly make a difference. To the hardworking dads, single dads, step dads, new dads and those dads who give it their all to provide for their children. We also remember those dads who have passed away but still leave their legacy behind. Our Hero!!

That’s a wrap! What an amazing last few days. was an experience I’ll never forget. So many amazing speakers and live hands on demos. Who brings horses, cows and sheep to a conference…Magnawave does 🙌🏻. The energy was intense and I’m still buzzing and recovering!
