Reminder: Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, December 16 at 7 PM CST. If you plan to attend, please let us know so we can add you to the meeting group on Messenger.

During the meeting, we will be electing 3 directors for a 2-year term. If you have any questions or would like more information about membership, please feel free to reach out.

Hello friends. Due to a low number of entries we made the difficult decision to turn this into a single open/youth show. Check in sheets will be sent out tonight reflecting this change. Please let me know if there are any errors or changes. Also continue to send in entries if you have not had the chance to get them in. Regardless of this news, we will have a fun day! Important Details for Our Upcoming Show in Moose Jaw!

• Deadline for Entries: Tuesday, November 12

• Confirmation Sheets: Will be sent out by Wednesday, November 13. If you notice any errors, please reach out ASAP as everything will be printed on Thursday.

• Roast Beef Supper: Join us for a delicious roast beef supper after the show! To book your spot, please reach out to Rob by Tuesday, November 12. Don’t miss out—it's sure to be a great time!

• Raffle Fundraiser: We will be holding a raffle to help offset the costs of this event and to ensure we have funds for the future. Please consider donating an item for the raffle and purchasing tickets.

•Tattooing Prior to the Show: We've had a few people express that they need help with tattoos before the event. If you are able to help out please let us know!

1. Buy a square for $10
2. Your name will be added in a square of your choice
3.Once all squares have been sold, a number will be drawn at random
4. The corresponding square will take home a cash prize of 50% of the winnings!

Thank you again to all that came out to our Portage La Prairie show this past weekend! I didn’t get a whole lot of pictures but here are a few!! And again I want to thank everyone for their amazing donations to the silent auction!! It was awesome!!! We had 32 prizes to win and wow they were great!!

The food was absolutely delicious thank you to our President Rob McCulloch for taking care of all our food!!

Prairie Rabbit Club Board wants to thank Katlynn Gail for stepping up and taking on Youth Showman ship as a volunteer! She also was awesome and provided all the prizes!!

We look forward to what you are planning for the fall show Katlynn!! Thank you again!! Was great to see several new youth as well!! Very very exciting!!

EEEK only 2.5 days until the Rabbit Show in Portage La Prairie! Just a reminder if anyone can help out with Donations for our silent auction table especially items for kids.. boys and girls we would really appreciate it! But any and all donations are welcome!
