RUDOLPH does well in a pack but likes to be the leader. Good with children!

Meet Gus Goofenheimer...or Gus to his friends!
This handsome 2.5 year old pup is available for adoption through Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh.
Gus is a pretty laid back guy but can be shy when he first meets you. He will do well in a patient home that understands he will need some time to adjust. Training classes will be great for his confidence. Gus came in as a stray, so there is no knowledge of his previous living conditions.
If you are interested in meeting Gus, reach out to the east end shelter of HARP
Meet and greet required with other pets in the home.

THIS SATURDAY NOVEMBER 2ND 11AM-1PM
Meet K-9 officers:
🌙 Luna- a German shorthaired pointer that works at the airport to detect explosives
🐕 Kaari- a red fox lab from the Port Authority that does explosives detection
🐾 Mitch- a chocolate lab from the Port Authority who is an explosives detection dog
🏹 Arrow- a Belgian Malinois from Ross Township that is certified in patrol & narcotics

This K-9 Education Demo and Meet & Greet brought to you by the Allegheny County Communities and Police Together will take place at Salty Paws Pittsburgh 🐾

Also present will be Peyo, a search and rescue dog, and her handler Sheri Santucci from So Help Me Dog, LLC. Sheri and her team will be available to teach people about the process of training volunteer search and rescue dogs and exactly what it takes to have boots on the ground in those emergency situations.

GRAB the kids and head down! This is truly going to be a fun day for everyone.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to celebrate Howl-O-Ween with us on Saturday. I know it was a busy day in the Burgh, and we appreciate that you decided to spend your time with us!! Additional thank yous go to our wonderful judges from Heart of Glass Animal Rescue and our very own Lina from Salty Paws Pittsburgh 🐾. They DID NOT have an easy decision-everyone was completely adorable!
