We are back to tell you about some ways to reduce your cat's anxiety 🐱 😇
According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), there are a few things you can do in order to reduce your cat's anxiety and prevent future incidents:
- Identify the source of stress that's causing your kitty to be anxious. This could be loud noises, other animals, or anything else that's causing distress. You'll want to either remove those things from their environment or find ways to acclimate them over time to that stressor so they're less likely to have a meltdown when it occurs.

- Make sure you're socializing regularly with other people and/or animals so your kitty doesn't feel lonely or isolated from society at large. Having friends helps reduce anxiety as well!
