Rib Eye Steak marinated in pomegranate paste and then pan seared for a few minutes each side. Oh my G-d to die for, that pomegranate paste picked up at so worth it! Tender, a slight sour, tangy flavour, melts in your mouth. So good. 😋

Thank goodness for dance. I dont want to forget how I felt when I snapped this pic. It's pretty evident though, how I felt. I was glowing from the inside out. Dance and dancing during this pandemic has been a life saver! It raises the good feeling hormone, dopamine. Which in turn raises your mental state, which in turn strengthens your immune system, which in turn makes you stronger at fighting disease, infection and yes, viruses. All while proper social distancing. Our guru, teacher, spiritual leader had us working on knees, hips, chest, opening up in receiving positive, loving energy from the Universe. "In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?"

This excites me. Getting my seedlings planted today. Dreaming of my garden. I'm also investing in a 200,000 BTU burner so I can do my tomatoes and peppers in the fall, properly. My stove top ain't cutting it for enough heat to seal the jars properly. I'm tired of losing good food due to operation/machine/process failure. So... picking up the burner tomorrow. Planning ahead. Yaye! Now a days it's even more important to be somewhat self sufficient and harvest your own food, for health (physical and mental), economics, green footprint, teaching the next generation. All of it. So roll up your sleeves and get planting! 🤗

The kids and the dog and myself could not resist to dig into this warm, baked , Challah, this morning. Soooo good. Warms the heart. I think of my dear friends at and .polyakduke may G-d bless us all, may we rise just like Challah dough too walk in the light and love of the Universe. Here I made a garlic, olive oil, parmesan, pull apart bread and a braided poppy seed loaf. I have a sesame seed one in the oven baking as I type and the house smells amazing!!! 💗🙏💗

I absolutely love my new Elephant candle holder. Ty Gwendolyn. The other night, I had a dream, or a vision during meditation of an elephant charging at me with ears wide open, she was angry and just being protective. I entered into her world! She looked feirce, I admired her beauty and bowed my eyes to her, thinking to myself that she looked like a crouching tiger, waiting to leap out, it's like I had two visions in one. I without worry, looked up and stared into her eyes and she halted feet away from me. We just started at each other for a long while reading each other, seeing memories of a distant past and we came to an understanding that we knew each other. I was her. She was me. It was quiet exhilirating and uplifting and magical and surreal. So this candle holder will be a reminder of that experience. If not physically real, ethereally real. I have since a little girl wanted to walk with the elephants, immersing myself in books by Karen S. Bell and Jodi Picoult. I still dream that dream. Maybe one day it will happen. Maybe not, but it's ok to dream about it. I so love this candle holder. 💗💞 Ty again. Many blessings to come.

Of course Mom got the broken up crepe that didn't flip well. My daughter said, "Oh Mom dont take that crepe, why are you taking the broken crepe? I said because I'm broken." It's a metaphor for life. I am a little broken. Who isn't? I'm not looking for pity. I'm looking for real, reality. It's life. Not everything that is broken isn't worth loving. Or something that is broken isn't lovely and beautiful in it's own special way. Today is no different then any other day, but I woke happy to prepare and show my Love for my family. Broken or not. That crepe tasted just as good, if not better then, the nice intact crepes. The kids and I went into the significance of Valentine's Day and how Love and Loving should be everyday not just Valentine's. That Valentine's was created for commercialism and capitalism, too spend money. Which I happily did. Money is irrelevant to me. I told them I did, because my heart was telling me to. It's a nice moment, in all this craziness, that my gift giving and crepe making is just a little show of that broken or intact. This picture/presentation is not pretty, it's real and it tasted amazing!!! So yummy. My heart was put into the making of this. Ultimately, all that's needed.

Did you know? Historians consider the dance form that is today known as belly dance the oldest form. It originated 6,000 years ago and was practised by many ancient cultures. It has a deep and ancient history which for some reason has drawn me in and made my strong, uninhibited, feminine energy, expand and grow from within.....

Spent a lovely evening making Challah bread via Zoom with the wonderful ladies of the we learnt about Esther who was a lonely orphan who developed within herself the unusual qualities of piercing through veils and touching all hearts. Her father had died while her mother was still pregnant with Esther; her mother died at her birth. Thus, she came into this world with the gaping wound of belonging to no one. Alienation and loneliness are tools like any others and are given to us to enable us to become who we can be. It was from that place of emptiness that Esther's profound attachment to God blossomed.
