Tonka’s Smoke N Shadows “Winston” OFA results are back! Preliminary results for hips are “Good” and elbows are “negative for dysplasia”!!! Winston is available to the public for stud service at this time! I do have some requirements to breed to him that will be discussed on an individual basis. AKC registered, DNA clear, carries brindle gene. He is a phantom brindle! Winston is the dog in our profile picture for Lilli Hollow Poodles. He has a laid back personality and is good natured with all creatures large and small.

Neville, the last Aussiedoodle puppy, went to his new home tonight! I am so excited for the puppies and their new families. Thank you to each of you who have kept me updated on their transitions. My animals are like my children and well loved.

Ginger is starting her next heat which means that, unfortunately, she was not bred in January. My vet and I are working closely this go around to make sure we don’t miss another cycle.

If all goes as planned, both Chloe and Ginger will be bred in April! We will keep our fingers crossed that everything goes as planned and we can welcome some new babies into the world. I am already having empty nest syndrome and Neville hasn’t even been gone an hour. 😂

Just a quick introduction: my name is Kendra! I am the breeder behind Lilli Hollow Poodles. Animals are my passion. Each animal born and raised here at my farm are well loved and cared for. I also raise Kinder goats. Any puppy born here is born inside my home (my bedroom) where I can sleep with the puppies and mom for the first two weeks. They’re moved out of my bedroom at that point to a larger area where they’re started on litter box training and where they have room to play safely. The puppies are handled extensively as well as socialized to the big dogs, cats, kids, other adults (to stop stranger danger before it has a chance to start), and goats. I have all of the health testing done on my breeding dogs to ensure you’re getting a healthy, happy puppy. Winston saw our favorite ophthalmologist today! OFA CAER normal! DNA testing came back a couple weeks ago and he is clear of over 160 genetic disorders tested. Next will be the rest of his OFA testing in March. Super excited about this guy! Love me some Winston!!

Passed our 6 week health check today!

All the pups got a “thumbs up” from Doc at their 6 week checkup! All healthy and the happiest little puppies around. There are three puppies that are looking for their forever friend. Two males, one female (all black with white mane, feet, tummies, and tips of their tails). I will be posting some updated pictures later this weekend. They are litter box trained and eating solids. Aussiedoodles

Dam: AKC/CKC Reg Standard Poodle. DNA Health tested: not a carrier for any genetic disease/condition; OFA Cert CAER normal; Hips good; Cardiac normal. Temperament: gentle, ESA for soldier with PTSD, extremely easy going and easy to train. Has never met a stranger. Well socialized and enjoys going to daycare to play with her friends when she’s not raising puppies.

Sire: ASDR/CKC Reg Standard Australian Shepherd. DNA Health tested: not a carrier for any genetic disease/condition. OFA CAER normal. Temperament: intelligent, calm (not a typical Australian Shepherd), easy going nature, goes with me to nursing homes to visit patients and enjoys being around people. Exceptionally loyal, in training to be a working stock dog with me (obedience) and will leave on Feb 29 to go to “formal” school so that he can learn as much as possible. He is now neutered as our focus will be on breeding AKC Standard Poodles from here forward.

Dam and Sire, left to right, of the one and only Aussiedoodle litter that is currently available. As stated on my personal profile yesterday, I am aware that there are breeders out there who do not like the doodle mixes at all. For some reason, their dislike gives them power to be exceptionally rude to the doodle breeders who are being responsible and completing all health testing just because they don’t agree with the cross. I am not one to deal with backlash and frankly, I shouldn’t have to. This pair was bred because I have NUMEROUS inquiries and was asked to breed them, so I did. As above, this is the one and only litter. There are two pending placements, currently, meaning 5 more puppies are available at this time (3 males and 2 females). I will begin posting individual puppies when they’re old enough to sit up.

Shiner is scheduled to be neutered next week so he can go off to his obedience/stock dog training without any distractions.

These puppies are adorable and are growing well! They are registered, will be microchipped and vaccinated. They will have their dew claws removed and they will come with natural tails! The black/white pups all have white tipped tails.

Chloe has 5 boys and 3 girls! All of the puppies are thriving! 3 are solid black (2 girls, 1 boy) and 5 black and white (1 girl and 4 boys).

Both of our poodles are OFA certified hips (good), cardiac, and eyes (normal). Our Aussie has OFA eyes (normal) done and awaiting prelims on hips/elbows and awaiting cardiac. All dogs are DNA health tested and are all negative for breed specific diseases.

Our dogs are dual registered and therefore, all of our litters will be registered. All litters will be microchipped and submitted to CKC for permanent identification purposes before they go to their forever homes. Kendra Bench, the breeder, will remain secondary contact for all microchipped puppies in the event the puppy is lost and they’re unable to reach the primary contact.

All of our dogs are first and foremost our pets. They live inside with us and sleep in our bed every night. They are extremely well socialized to other animals including cats, goats, and horses. Our puppies will get the same socialization.
