My morning routine is what keeps me grounded and I look forward to it every night. It’s been the same for the last year and here’s why I love it:

🌿 Waking up at the same time everyday helps to regulate your circadian rhythm
🌿 Hydrating with water & electrolytes (celtic salt) as soon as you’re up
🌿 Sunlight + grounding (so many benefits)!!
🌿 A balanced breakfast with essential greens
🌿 Movement everyday is key
🌿 A fun drink after a workout

This past Wednesday was unreal & I still can’t believe how many of you guys came out!

As a small bootstrapped business, the uncertainty of a strategy doing well eats you alive (at least for me) but you guys exceeded our expectations and even the team was blown away 😭

This is Vanessa and Pesto, our 1 year old corgi. We recently bought a home in Mississauga / Toronto , not knowing we’d have Pesto in our lives so quickly. One day a friend of ours found a breeder that was close by and we knew we’d had to meet the puppies. We fell in love with Pesto and the rest was history 😅

Pesto is currently being fed a mix kibble and raw diet, she is highly food motivated and will do anything for beef liver and cheese 🤭. She is picky when it comes to her veggies, only occasionally eating a frozen spinach and blueberry cube, so we’re excited to add plant based treats / meal toppers to her diet!

Welcoming Brew to the with our eyes closed & hearts open. 🧡

Hi! we are Kandyce, Vince and Brew and we are super excited to represent wagging companions.

Brew is a 10 month old mini dachshund. We drove 12 hours to get him in Calgary back in October and we named him after coffee haha. When we saw pictures of him we knew he was the one.

Brew has been the centre of our world for the past 8 months and has brought so much love and joy to our family. We are super passionate about his health and training so we are always looking for amazing food and treats/supplements to add to his overall diet and well being.

Brews favourite thing to do is play tag and chase. He also loves to find sticks and carry them along for our walks and adventures. His collection in the yard grows by the day.
