CJ & Marley are looking for their forever homes. This covid stuff, had put a "paws" on everything. These 2 Best friends would love to go to a home together.
CJ greets me everyday with a hiss. She'll take liverwurst from my finger.
Marley needs more room for his energetic moments, that tuxedo cat is funny!

Just received a note that Theo, one of Ava's kittens from her litter in April of this year has passed. RIP THEO - a short life you had but one where you were very much loved.

Past Rescue: This was a crow that I rescued in July 2018 - sadly the crow didn't make it - Wildlife rehab at the nearby Animal hospital said it appeared this bird had a bad head injury, (must have flown into an object). Well important thing is - I captured this beautiful crow and got it to the animal hospital. I tried! :(

*Available for Adoption* - Meet CJ - She is a black female with big green eyes. In September when we had CJ spayed, she weighed 5.5 lbs, so we are guessing she was 5 - 6 months old (date of birth March-April of 2019). CJ would love to have Marley has a baby brother. CJ is a spayed female (has a clipped ear) - she was part of a TNR (Trap Neuter Release) program but I thought she was sweet enough to save and make an inside cat. The cat colony caretaker says she's very happy we saved CJ as she came to eat alone (cats are huge social animals and usually has a "bestie" or two that they show up with to eat). CJ loves the company of other cats (male and female). Since socializing a feral cat is best done by the age of 13 weeks, it will take a patient family to take this sweet girl. The addition of Marley to rescue has definitely brought life to CJ and give her a bright spot to her day. I've been able to pet CJ but she will take more time to be comfortable with a new family. Thanks to her "roomie" Marley, CJ has learned how to play with toys! I love seeing the progress made with this quiet girl.
