We loved making Lenny their real grass p*e patch. This is the first time we’ve used Metallic Gold paint and it looks absolutely beautiful and has a nice golden shimmer in the light 😍✨

This adorable 8 week old Golden Retriever puppy is Hudson. He had just woken up from a big nap when his owners snapped this pic 😍📸

He may only be 8 weeks old but Hudson has already started using his artificial grass p*e patch to go to the toilet. What a little genius 😍

A little time lapse we took yesterday whilst building Neville Furbottom’s p*e patch. This was taken once we had built the frame, installed the wheels and the paint had dried.

First we install the breathable membrane that allows the soil to breathe but stops it from shedding underneath. Then we spread out the soil and flatten before we lay the Sir Walter Buffalo turf 🌱

Voila, it’s ready to go! After this we give the turf a quick spritz of water before we hand it over to the proud new owner 🥰

We want to say a big welcome to all our new followers ✨ For those of you who don’t know us yet we are India, Leon & little Luna 👫🏽🐶 This business was created when we moved into an apartment and began our own search for the best toilet for Luna.

Like you, we only want what is best for our dog and it has taken a lot of trial and error to get here. We bought several different dog toilets when we first moved into an apartment – some real grass and some artificial and unfortunately, we weren’t happy with any product we purchased.

Feeling deflated (and annoyed we had spent so much money on dog toilets!) I suggested to Leon, why don’t we make our own? So that is exactly what we did. We made several different prototypes trying to get it just right. We had learnt from our previous purchases what we did and didn’t like, and we had come up with our own ideas on what we wished was out there, so when we created Luna’s patch, we took our time to get it just right.

We finally made the perfect patch for Luna and the story almost ended there until some family and friends started asking about our patch. We made a few for family and friends before thinking to ourselves, could this be our own business?

After many encouraging barks from Luna and loving licks from our family and friends’ dogs, we decided to launch The P*e Patch. We understand that each dog is different which is why we are here to support you in making the best purchase for your dog. If you have any questions about our patches or want to learn more about them, please feel free to contact us. Dog business 💩 isn’t for everyone, but it’s our business and we love it 🐶🐾🌱♥️

When we dropped off Miss Drew's Bakery & Dog Cafe custom p*e patch we had a quick meeting over a puppacino and I told Marlo I would need her to pose for some photos to help promote my new company.
