Meet Ragnar! He came into Uptown to get his puppy vaccines updated. He is a 4-month-old shih tzu. He weighed 5 pounds for his visit today! We love our new families that come to Uptown! It was great meeting Ragnar and his dad!

Meet Coda! She is a 6 year old French Bulldog! Her mom recently got her a new sister named Lily which she isn't too fond of. Coda did great during her exam, vaccines, and blood draw.

Kronos came into Uptown today for his suture removal from a growth he had removed on his toe. He was so happy that he doesn't have to wear his e-collar anymore! He was a brave boy during his suture removal.

Max came to see Dr. Rozycki today because his parents said his breathe wasn't smelling so hot. Dr. Rozycki looked at Max's teeth and discovered that he needed a dental cleaning. We did his pre-op bloodwork and schedule Max for his dental!

Sweet Bella came into Uptown today for her spay procedure. She did very well during her surgery. She is recovering great with her lamb toy she brought with her.

Meet Duke & Rose! They are one of our new labrador families! They came to see Dr. Rozycki to get caught up on all their vaccines, and annual exam! It was such a pleasure to meet this family and their pups!

Lainey is a 10 year old corgi who just moved to Texas. She came to Uptown to get updated on her vaccines, heartworm prevention! She was a good girl during her exam, we always love meeting new friends and their families.

Meet Gizmo! He is a 16 year old terrier mix. He came to visit Dr. Rozycki today because he was a stomach upset. We collected a f***l sample to make sure his stool was normal. He received some injections and antibiotics to go home! He was feeling better before he left!

Meet Kirby! She is an 8-year-old golden retriever mix! She came to Uptown to have her senior bloodwork done, exam, vaccine boosters, and pick up heartworm and flea prevention. She was an amazing girl during her visit!

Marley came to visit Dr. Rozycki today because he has a growth on his neck that his mom wanted us to check out. We clipped and cleaned the area, and he went home on some antibiotics to see if that would help heal it. He was such a brave boy during his exam!

My name is Maverick! Today is National Beard Day! Luckily, I have a beard and look very handsome with it! I am 4 months old! I visited Uptown today for the last round of my puppy vaccines. My mom also scheduled my neutering appointment, and for me to get a microchip in case I were to get out of the house on accident. I had such a fun visit with Dr. Rozycki and his staff today!

This is an X-ray of a dog’s bent front leg. See that tiny white spec? That’s a microchip! It has migrated down the leg....far from where it was inserted, between the dog’s shoulders. This is actually quite common..... When lost pets are scanned, the entire body SHOULD be scanned to catch any that have migrated. But, as an owner, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AT THEIR YEARLY VET EXAM, to ask for a quick scan to make sure that: (1) the chip is still working, (2) the location of the chip is good, and (3) that the chip info is correct. Gunna is a sweet boy that came to visit us because he was having an odor coming from his ear. We took a sample and looked at it under the microscope to find he had a yeast infection.
