Well done to the top 3 in each section for 2020/2021.

We have decided that as real shows are still few and far between and virtual shows are still running we will do another year of the BOTB, so the winners of any virtual shows from now until next May will be eligible. A new page will be set up with rules, eligibility etc and photos of qualifying cats will be posted as before, it is just easier to do a new page to save confusion with this one.

Pedigree winner - WW`18 SW NW SP Ingrid Vendellek*PL DSM owned by Karolina Laskowska (winner of the Norwegian Forest Cat Club Show). "Quite a stunning looking pristine exhibit and the overall impact is very striking. If you’ve got a tail flaunt it and this is flaunting at is best. If you have a white cat this is how you prepare it. Many congratulations, for me this exhibit walked it and was an easy winner in pedigree section."

HP winner - Alfie owned by Vanessa Smith (winner of the Groomed to Purrfection virtual show). "Just loved the laid back striking pose and the sharply defined contrast betwixt black and white, with the typically white whiskers an eye brows that Bi-Colours invariably display. The pose is quite evocative and superbly relaxed. And looks like nothing could possible faze it".

Mega congratulations to the 2 winners, please could you message the page regarding your rosettes.

2nd placed pedigree cat is Dharma owned by Carolyn Littlejohns, (winner of the Progressive Ragdoll Breed Cat Club Show Section A). "This too was a striking looking exhibit with much to recommend beautifully groomed with luminous blue eyes"

2nd placed HP is Elsie-Mae owned by Ellen Camilleri (winner of the Edinburgh & East of Scotland Cat Club show). "Another most attractive exhibit that made my ultimate choice incredibly difficult, pristine white chin, whiskers and mittens all adding to the impact, looking very chilled and composed. "

3rd placed pedigree cat is Charlie, owned by Tracey Archer (winner of the North Of Britain Long Hair & Semi Long Hair Cat Club Show). "Nobody says chilled, better than this, okay so I don’t fit am I bovvered, naff off, course not. I can get comfortable in any position."

3rd placed HP is Angel owned by Carol Walker (winner of the Progressive Ragdoll Breed Cat Club Show Section B ). "An extremely close contender for the top spot, I sincerely hope this is a girl as it is way, way too pretty to be a boy, wonderfully genteel and so very expressive with the dark pigmented eyeliner and so very long white whiskers, beautifully clean and bright eyed."

Not placed but a special mention to Lyra owned by Jacky Edwards (winner of the Two Day Virtual Show). My apologies but I just could not omit this little mite, it has the most engaging expression and oozes pure appeal with such a truly innocent look.
