How gorgeous are my Monday night sleepover crew ❤️ think I have finally gotten back to everyone who has messaged about boarding over the last few weeks 🤞🏻 this year is looking like my busiest one yet 🤩 I feel absolutely blessed that you wonderful people continue to allow me to look after your amazing doggos 😍 I promise I will continue to be the very best I can be for you and our gang. ‼️ Rant incoming ‼️

Only took a few days into the new year before someone starts 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 so early hours of this morning a ‘lady’ decided to like my page and began commenting on all my posts. She seemed very angry about my post regards insurance and told me she had never heard such boll*x in her life and demanded to know why I would need people insuring to enter my home 🙄 I can only assume miss potty mouth has only ever used unlicensed boarders before. You should insure ANY business you run from home to cover stock, equipment etc etc HOWEVER a lot of insurance companies won’t insure you if people are on and off your property and those that do want to charge the absolute earth. This covers you for things like theft and damage but most importantly if someone was to fall and break their leg on your property etc etc I’m sure most people will have understood what I meant when I posted regards me changing how I run my business. I chose to tell my house insurance company I will no longer be having people in my home ( dogs only ) so I could avoid my insurance doubling at my renewal in December as the cost on top of my business insurance and license fees was too much not to put my rates up. I think my regular customers would rather me do this. As stated in my earlier post about this if anyone has any questions or concerns please message me I’m always here to answer anything no need for nasty bitter comments on my posts that just makes me feel sorry for your dog 👋🏻 I’m 3 years into this job now I know what I’m doing. I do everything by the book regards being qualified, licensed, insured and above all I’m fantastic at it and why my gang all love coming here. Your time and efforts would be better spent attacking unlicensed cowboys my love. Anyway happy new year and see you all Tuesday 😆

Last daycare of 2024 with the 2 babies of our gang 😍 we will now be closed until Monday 6th January 2025 🥳 for the first time ever we are closed to boarding over the festive period. We have lots of new and exciting things happening in the new year. We also have some new recruits starting with us 🤩 ❤️ we would like to wish all our customers and followers a very merry Xmas 🎄 and thank you for all your support during this past year it really does mean the world to us. Hope all my babies get very spoiled and I cannot wait to have more fun times and make even more memories with you all next year. We love you all ###

‼️IMPORTANT CHANGES‼️

Due to spiralling insurance costs I am going to be changing how I operate my business. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to allow ANY potential or existing customers into my property. This includes meet & greets aswel as pick ups and drop offs. The cost of insuring people on my property with my home insurance has sky rocketed and is not sustainable on top of my business insurance and license costs so my only option would be that this is reflected in my pricing. HOWEVER as I am not wanting to increase prices in 2025 this is the only way around doing so. I understand fully that people want to see where their dogs will be staying and this is why I post as much as I do to be as transparent and reassuring as I possibly can. All meets will now take place in public and all drop offs and pick ups will be at my door ( regulars do this anyway) if anyone has any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to message me thanks in advance for your understanding. Evening all just a reminder I am still closed this coming week and will not re open to daycare until Monday 9th December HOWEVER due to me having a huuuuge back log of messages in my inbox re boarding 🤦🏻‍♀️ I promise I will go through them this week as my dates for next year are going thick & fast. Anyone who has mentioned dates in passing but yet to secure a booking please do so asap to avoid disappointment. Anyone who is waiting for a trial in the new year you are still on my list I promise ❤️ I am just unable to open my books again until 2025. Again a big thank you for being so patient whilst I’ve been closed for health reasons and I cannot wait to see my gang on the 9th 🫶
