Today I recieved a lovely gift from a customer thats special to both of us.

Grace had bought one of our adult breeder snakes a while back (Foxy) and she gave her a brilliant life. Unfortunately, this didnt last too long as Foxy developed lumps on her body and gradually declined in health meaning her time was cut short 😢

Foxy meant a lot to us (as all our snakes do) and gave us a few good years and produced some lovely babies, before moving on to Grace. She had a loving home for nearly 2 years and we thought it was only fair Grace got the opportunity to put her love and attention into another one of our snakes as a thankyou for looking after Foxy so well ❤️ her legacy will live on with us and many others.

So now Grace has a lovely new addition of an arctic conda female who i know will benefit from a loving home! In return Grace has kindly made me some keyrings with some of Foxys shed 🥲🥰 i will truly treasure these keepsakes and I couldnt have asked for a better home for this new baby to go to! ❤️

This is what we love about the hobby and what makes it truly rewarding and special. To know our snakes are loved as much as we love them is what its all about! 👌🙂

Our first ever hognose Chester! 😍
Hes a cb19 boy and has yet to be bred by us. As we dont know if he has any hets we are thinking of him being a good outcross in the future...as you can see hes very happy about not having a girlfriend all this time! 😆😂
He has some real attitude when you attempt to tong feed him (like many mature males) so he usually gets drop fed 👍
Hes a character for sure!

Hangman 😍
This boys pinks are just ridiculous and hard to capture in photos!

Typically, the superarctic morph will present as a black snake when they hatch out and then lighten up to black and white as the contrast increases with each shed.
This boy prefers to show his feminine side and is going all out pinks and light browns lol 😄 although he has the classic black eyes of a superarctic.
Im not sure if hets play a part but I believe they do and thats why he possibly has more of a variant on his colouring.
You do see some pink superarctic hognoses because another trait the arctic gene has is to make the scales more translucent, and so this will also affect colouring and pattern too! Its a great gene to work with and provides a lot of interesting variability in clutches 👌🤩

UPDATE- GONE!! This beautiful boy will be going onto morphmarket soon ❤️😍 keep your eyes peeled on our store as I will be updating regularly when the babies are hitting their meal milestones! Sorry we have been MIA for a while! We have been on holiday in Cornwall! 🥰

Skittle got overexcited on her clean before we left and bit me...I love her really! 😆

And a beautiful superarctic conda had shed on our return! Along with our last clutch of the season having hatched 🙂 its been a busy couple of weeks!

Normas first clutch has hatched a week early! Maybe her being a het sunburst has influenced the early hatching? 🤷‍♀️ but safe to say we now know the father of this clutch is....Donny! Our arctic toxic conda!

Some lovely babies in this clutch and more to come aswell when her second clutch hatches!

These lot already have some personality, with some hissers and runners! Lol 😄 they are going to keep us on our toes for sure! 😆🥰
