Going forward from moving house to Wedderburn north of Bendigo this be roughly where I will travel too. Happy go further if there is enough horses to do in the area. Also may make some trips down for my regulars to south east melb if can organise in few days in a row. If anyone is needing cushings ponies or horses done happy to help anyone out in this heat too.

New prices for 2024 to cover fuel and travel and the increase in blade sharpening.

Hope everyone has an amazing Christmas and new year. I know I have been a bit absent on here. With many changes going on in my personal life needed a break from social media. I have got some big changes happening. After buying a property north of Bendigo. I will most likely come back down to help out my amazing clients but will have be more organised lining up a full days worth. If you live up that direction I be opening my books to that area north of Bendigo I will be happy to help anyone out.

This little fella had some hair on board cushions pony needed be made comfortable again. Longest butt hair I have ever seen too. More hair on the ground than what most big horses have. He will be feeling more comfortable today. Happy to help any of our cushions over summer months too.

Beautiful dressage Wb after his full clip already for comps looking super snazzy. If don’t want deal with the fluff now is the time to tidy them up. Have some availability next week if anyone needs a clip done.

These beautiful boys got hair cuts today, first got his second clip for the season and his beautiful owner for most stunning photos again. Lovely Irish clip to keep him cool with this not so cool winter and into spring weather.

Couple show pony clips today and a cheeky mini getting a full clip too. Sure this magnificent girl will do very well at the shows she is heading too.

This sweetheart of a young horse learning how to cope been clipped today. Took our time to build his confidence up and by the end could have clipped him anywhere he would of been fine. Always important to make it a positive experience especially if they are new to it. As per usual if do 2 first one always forget to get pics of.

Been a bit slack with my social media lately. Feeling sorry for all those struggling with unknown causes of death in the area. Everyone needs to be vigilant keeping an eye on our horses. With update they believe it is safe to continue on with events and services to horses. I have times available tues arvo and thurs for next week. Totally understand the fear that was put into everyone for those that needed to postpone. For anyone that’s needing a second clip wanting a tidy up so don’t need to deal with all that horse loose hair in spring now till aug is the time to get that clip in.

Had the pleasure of clipping this big guy this morning. Been very slack taking photos this week. Limited spots next week. I will have more time once hols finish to fit everyone in. If needing a clip done get in touch to book in.

Finally got a chance to tidy up my own horse Piper who is a young growing 4yo. Unfortunately she grows her coat very quickly which is not the normal for most. So this is 8 week growth between clips. This time gone for a full clip for us it helps her keep her skin sensitive issues at bay. Much easier for me to treat if she slightly flairs up. Happy riding for this lovely long weekend enjoy the sunshine while it is out.

Advice for what to do before a clipping session. The how to thoroughly wash what areas are often not cleaned enough. If your horses are not washed and rugged regularly you may need to do 2 washes to get all the built up dirt out. This will make it much more comfortable for your horses and ponies. Not the best video trying to film and wash bare with me.

Polly getting clipped and heaps of advice on after care for when been clipped. Extra piece of advice lunge with your saddle on before your first ride to just check how they feel with the new hair cut. Equinade Polly was washed in Glo White and can use Jodie10 for a discount off the equinade website.

Jack loves been clipped makes it very easy to do him. Did a blanket clip today in time for our HT on the weekend.
