I am going to put this out there because I feel that the public needs to be educated. If you find a service dog in any situation do not touch that dog. You may stay with the dog or follow the dog, but never under any circumstance touch that dog. I always post cute pics of my service dog vocalizing, but this is a tool for her to either call upon me or call for help. When you come upon a service dog being vocal then you are to just follow the dog, because they are trained to lead you to a situation that could save their handlers life. Restraining the dog could destroy their training and their ability to do their job.. A service dog is loyal and will always seek their person.. And always ask before petting!!

This is a standard practice that I use to teach the dogs patience,focus, and Working Obedience.. As well it is very entertaining because you never know what funny look they will give the camera.. I do recommend this for any dog of any age.

Especially puppies as their energy will increase if training exercises are not practiced, And many negative things could happen in the home such as chewing up furniture, soiling the carpet, and complete disobedience to any command you give them.

This exercise also teaches me a lot of patience as well.. Helping to encourage me to understand that the road ahead is long, and as long as I keep determination in my heart then me and my dogs will grow together.. all together to take a paws and reflect.. life is a furrytale..
