A volunteer group showed up Thursday to remove dozens more dogs from the home of a Central Texas woman who rescued dogs herself for more than three decades until illness forced her to ask for help that was slow to arrive.

Central Texas animal rescue organizations came together Thursday night to find homes and proper care for dozens of dogs left behind in Hill County.

Cribs Rescue Project is accepting donations for the "Whitney Project" where almost 50 dogs are still left behind. We are helping the dogs left on the property as well as helping the owner by getting the property cleaned up. Please make a donation today to help this mission today! A vet has reached out for help. Owner brought into euthanasia, but vet is giving me time to rehome
Message From tech:
Estimated 2yo SF cattle dog mix. Around 55lbs. UTD on vx, I dont see any HWP on record to unsure of that status. Adopted out of waco humane society July 2019. Has had a history of food and dog aggression in adopters home. Has attacked other dog in home multiple times, usually due to food nearby. Worked with a trainer by the name of "Anita" with Dolce Vita training per O. O said both dogs were sent for a month long board and train but did not see any significant changes in either dog afterwards.

He is UTD on shots. HW- and neutered.
Potty trained. Scratches on door when he needs to go out

He is very playful. Loves children. He likes chasing cats and squirrels.

He is a Dalmatian.
Potty and crate trained.
Trained to sit, stay, come, lay and shake. Great with kids over 8. No good with cats or livestock.

His favorite things are playing fetch and running with the kids.
