So American Bully XLs are going to be a banned breed in the next few months. It’s not the dogs, it’s the owners. The punishment for having an out of control dog, whatever and I do mean whatever, the breed is, should be the same as having an assault rifle in a public area.

I have six GSDs or GSD x; not all of them are saints, one can be aggressive, but she isn’t often on lead in a public space and definitely never off lead in public.

I feel very strongly that dogs should only be off lead in secure areas if they haven’t got a very good recall, so if you see a child or another dog, you can have your dog come back immediately. I don’t agree with having dogs off lead around football pitches or children’s play areas; there’s enough other places to go.

Sorry rant over; it’s irresponsible breeders and owners who should be euthanised not the dogs.
