We are pretty excited to welcome a new member to our team. Amy Kinsmore has recently joined our team and here is a little back story she wrote for you 😉. I ask you to all welcome Amy to our family and she will be seeing you around either in classes or consultations

Hi my names Amy! I’ve been participating in dog club and dog sports since the age of 11 . I began teaching at companion dog club and soon after starting teaching privately to people in my neighbourhood. I have also trained two successful assistance dogs and supported training of others with assistance dogs. Those two was my Australian shepherd, Toby, and my current poodle, Lew! Of course there’s nervous Moki, the border collie and my first family dog Sebastian, the rough collie cross (can you tell I like my herding breeds!)

I have also taught beginners flyball, have heaps of grooming experience. My experience ranges from using your dogs drive to do fun things to teaching dogs advanced obedience for competitions!

I hope to be an incredible trainer and meet an awesome variety of dogs!

Hi all! As everyone is aware, we’re dealing with a serious virus outbreak at the moment. Due to that I have decided to close in the meantime, being a more at risk individual. Please feel free to contact me for ANY grooming questions or even tutorials to help maintain your pups coats during social distancing. If anyone has questions or if you want coat maintenance tutorials please just comment or PM me! Stay safe and clean - to my dog clients; enjoy that extra time with your people ❤️

Here’s the handsome lucky! As you can see he was quite patchy due to having eye surgery, so we did our best to work with what we had ❤️

Here’s gorgeous Chachi for a full groom! Chachi is an old boy who has always been clipped and we was a darling 💕 if you have a Pom this look can be replicated by hand scissoring while still keeping integrity of their double coat - how cool!

Gorgeous Bronson’s summer transformation ☀️ during this old boy’s breaks he played with a duck toy I had laying around 🦆 such a sweetie!

Gorgeous buddy for his first groom! We spent time playing and cuddling before the groom and took things at his pace but he was a pro 🤩

Beautiful honey the lagotto handled grooming like a pro! She was very sweet and composed herself well (lagottos can be sensitive souls x) can’t wait to see her again 💛

This lil babe came in with sudocream on her coat - her and baby had fun getting into trouble! With clarifying shampoo and a shave down her coat is as good as new. On top of that it was her first groom and she killed it ❤️

Here’s beautiful clementine ❤️ she was the sweetest sookiest girl. Lots of cuddles happened during this groom x

Here’s beautiful Elliott, Eevee’s uncle, who was super confident during his groom 💁‍♀️ he was a sweetheart x

Eevee the cutie came in for her first groom at a groomers! She was a bit confused about her feet and face being shaved so we made sure to take breaks and use treats to show that the groomers can be fun! 😊

Here’s beautiful Ash, Jet’s friend, who also got the softer schnauzer trim! I think it suits her well 💕

Here’s gorgeous Jet, who was an absolute gentleman! Jet got a more soft round take on the schnauzer look ❤️
