Good Afternoon and Happy Friday!

I do have some unfortunate news to share about a current health issue that I have been dealing with for the past month. 4 weeks ago I recieved a bony mallet finger injury on my right hand playing football with my son in the backyard. It's an injury to my finger where not only did some of the bone brake off but so did my finger tendon along with the bone itself. I recieved the news that I have to wear a cast for 8 weeks. During these past 4 weeks, I have tried to hold and use my tools especially my clippers in hopes that I'll be able to return to work soon. But it only caused me more pain due to the vibration and movement of my equipment.
I saw the Orthopedic doctor at my 4 week check up where he told me that my bone is healing up very nicely and it's exactly where he wants it to be which is wonderful news! But he then said that he is alarmed at the amount of pain I'm experiencing while using/after using my grooming tools. The doctor wants me to wear another cast for another 4 weeks, see if I'm still experiencing the same amount pain, and then go from there. He put me under strict orders to not work at all during the next 4 weeks in order to give my body the time it needs to heal properly. Right now, he is unsure of when I will be returning back to work exactly until after my next check up.
During the past month I have informed all of my clients personally who had a current appointment on my book what has occurred. I do apologize to those clients who I haven't told but that's specifically because your pup doesn't currently have an appointment with me and it's hard to remember exactly who I haven't told personally.
While I'm absent from my happy place for now, I am referring all of my clients to a fellow groomer who not only have I known her my whole grooming career but I trust her entirely with all of clients! She is great! Her name is Abby and she is based out of a salon in Centerville. If you would like her info to get your wonderful fur babies groomed while I'm away (If I havent given it to you yet), just let me know and I'll gladly pass on that information.
I am so incredibly disheartened as I'm resting and healing. Being away from my creative outlet and happy place has been hard. But I'm confident that within time and some good R&R I will be back at my grooming table soon.

Good day everyone! With this unfortunate canine respiratory sickness going around in Ohio now I wanted to ease any worry and ensure that every pup is completely safe in my care and that Im taking all the correct precautions to avoid spreading the illness.

- This sickness does spread from nose to nose but good thing is, is that I already operate 1 on 1 with every groom client so there will be absolutely NO CONTACT with any other dogs.

- I disinfect after every groom and in between grooms which all include the tub, my grooming table, my equipment, the kennels, and all the floors to keep your pup safe and sound!

- In light of the Christmas holiday quickly approaching.. If your dog is experiencing any of these symptoms of this canine respiratory illness please reschedule your pup's groom and see your vet immediately! This sickness acts fast and getting treatment quickly is key!

- If your pup is experiencing any of these symptoms before or during the groom that I notice, I will send your dog home immediately regardless of how far I got along with the groom and will not groom them again until I get a vet's approval for a clear bill of health.

Again EVERY. SINGLE. CLIENT is my #1 priority along with their health and safety, always! 🫶

I know it's been a while since my last post but I promise I havent gone anywhere and I'm still living my best dog grooming life over here! 😂
We just a bunch of busyy bees which isnt a bad thing!!! 🐝

Here is a few pictures that I'm just now getting around to finally post. I'm nothing short of blessed to have such amazing doggos to groom everyday and being able to bond with these precious souls! Thankful for this business and for all of you, my own slice of heaven 💖🥰🤩

Miss Bella not only got a fresh haircut but also got some color to make her really pop!!! For my first ever dye job, id say it was an absolute success! I'm so so lucky to have such great clients that trust me to express some creativity to their doggos hair. I love expanding my grooming skills to the next level! 💗💜🎀

Just as a disclaimer: I only use hair dye specifically made for coloring dogs hair and not for human hair (the process and products are incredibly safe). I assure you bella did not mind the process at all and you can tell she felt like a new sassy girl once she was done!

This new do definitely suits her personality 😍

Miss Lucy came in to see me a few days ago to get a nice tidy up. She is the sweetest girl for everything and was truly a dream to groom!

Hello and Good Afternoon to all you wonderful people and fur babies alike! I do have some important news to share! 🫧🧼✂️🐾

I AM OFFICALLY NO LONGER ACCEPTING ANY NEW CLIENTS FOR THE TIME BEING!!!

I will only be focusing on the already existing clientel that I currently have. I am making this decision because I am already booked out 5-6 weeks in advance and think its within the best interest for not only myself but for my clientel that I focus on what I have now instead of adding more to my book and getting booked out even farther in advance than I currently am. I want to make my current clients my top priority when it comes to my flourishing business!!!

I am so incredibly happy and proud of myself that Ive been able to successfully grow my at home grooming business to the point where I close my books temporarily. I have put my whole mind, heart, and soul into this business of mine and I would have never imagined it would grow into what it is today! I cant believe that I have made it to this point!!! 💖

I have all of you amazing clients of mine to thank for this! You all have not only trusted me with your own pups but you all have spread the word about me and my services... And for that I AM SO INCREDIBLY HUMBLED AND THANKFUL! None of this would have been possible without all your help! I love you all and cherish you (and all your fur babies) always!

Now for all my regular clients please make sure to prebook or give yourself enough time in advance to schedule your grooms! I am already booked until the end of July/beginning of August so get on the schedule ASAP so you dont get pushed out too far.

As always you guys are the best and I'm sure I will see you all within the coming weeks!!!!

Mr. Sampson visited me for the first time for his groom and we had the best time getting to know one another! He was seriously so amazing for everything.. he recieved plenty of treats and lovins during his visit and I couldnt be more excited to groom him from this point forward!

Princess Jasmine came in for her first bath, nails, and deshed with me and she was a precious girl for it all! The hair I got out of her... man, I could have made a whole other doggo with it 🤣 But it was very much needed and she is so much happier without that extra weight! Which makes all that hard work totally worth it! I loved every single minute of our time together, sweet baby!

Thank you to her parents for bringing both your babies to me! I'll see you guys next time! 🍉

Dixie girl came in for a good groom over the weekend and let me tell you, this momma is the sweetest in the world! She is a nervous Nelly at drop off but quickly realizes I'm only here to help. With a little patience and love she warms up within seconds and is the best for everything! She may get spoiled with love and treats in my care but I live to spoil babies during their groom! Its just kinda my thing 😂🤷‍♀️🫶

After much research, time, and consideration I've decided to raise my prices after the new year (January 2023).This is solely due to not only an increase in supplies and equipment costs (inflation) but also because I am a one on one groomer. I absolutely love working one on one with your furbabies and I love that fact that I can offer a fear free, stress free atmosphere to all of my clients making grooming a better experience for everyone! By being one on one I am able to take my time and establish a trust bond with every pup and get to know them on a personal level. Getting to know and love your babies is the key to creating a positive grooming experience. One on one grooming offers less stress and less dogs in 1 space at a time. I do have to take extra steps to ensure that the grooming experience is a positive one and only focus on your dog's behavior, needs, and wants. Dolly and Cash's mom sent me this video and I just couldn't resist not to share! I love those babies like my own, my heart just can't take it 💗🤭🥰 Grooming does not need to be a scary experience.. with patience, understanding, and most important of all LOVE your dog will look forward to it everytime! This is my goal for every dog I come in contact with, always!!!!

Did you know that along with a basic groom package you can also choose add on packages like a mud bath (amongst many other add on's I offer) to help soothe dry/irritated skin? Ive used the Madra Mór spa mud treatment for years and its done nothing but bring amazing results for skin issues! Here is a video demonstrating how its applied.. it sits on the skin for 10-15 minutes and then gets washed off. Not to mention the smell of it is pure heaven! Dont forget to ask me about the extra add on packages, tailored to every dogs needs!
