✨🎀 Ophelia is officially looking for her forever home 🎀✨

Meet Ophelia — my brave, silly, unbelievably sweet 7-month-old kitten who’s ready to find the loving home she truly deserves. 💕

Ophelia is a special girl with special needs. Due to an unknown spinal injury from when she was just a baby, she is incontinent and requires a little extra care. At the end of October, she underwent a tail amputation to make her life easier and more comfortable — and she has handled every step with so much strength and sweetness. 🌸

Her daily routine includes:
🍼 Wearing a diaper
🧼 Gentle cleaning
⏰ Diaper changes every 2–3 hours

Because of this, she’s best suited for:
❤️ Someone who works from home
❤️ A stay-at-home parent
❤️ Someone retired
❤️ Anyone with a flexible daily schedule and lots of love to give

✨ But here’s the part everyone needs to hear: ✨
Aside from her medical needs, Ophelia is just like any other kitten.
She plays, she zooms, she cuddles, she purrs, she chases toys, she loves attention, and she brings so much joy everywhere she goes.

🦃🍁 THANKFUL, HOPEFUL, & ASKING FOR HELP 🍁🦃

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving — a day filled with warm meals, full hearts, and gratitude. And while many of us will gather around the table, there are 22 precious souls here at KFM Rescue hoping someone will think of them too.

Right now, we’re running low on essentials:
🍼 Only 1 bag of kitten food left
🐾 Just 2 bags of adult food remaining
💛 And supplies for the three feral colonies I support are also running thin

That’s 15 kittens, 7 adults, and 3 feral colonies depending on this rescue for their next meal — and they eat A LOT. 😅

Every bowl we fill is a promise:

At just 7 months old, Prue has already shown incredible courage. She came to the rescue, scared and unsure, trying her best to navigate a world she didn’t understand at just 2.5 months old. With time, safety, and patience, she has blossomed into a gentle, observant, playful girl who is finally ready for a home of her own. 🖤

Prue is still a shy soul when meeting new people — she needs someone who understands that love can mean slow progress, soft steps, and celebrating every tiny milestone.

But once she feels safe?

✨ She bonds in her own quiet, meaningful way

✨ Adoption Announcement: Luke & Penny ✨
Last weekend was incredibly special because TWO of my foster babies officially found their forever homes — and my heart couldn’t be happier. 💕

🐾 Luke’s Story:
Luke came into rescue back in May after being found in a dangerous situation with his sister and three younger kittens. From day one, he showed nothing but sweetness — playful, gentle, endlessly loving, and always ready to snuggle. He also had one very strong personality trait: his obsession with whipped cream and milk. 🥛😂
Luke now gets to continue his spoiled, happy life with a loving family of his own — exactly what he deserved.

🐾 Penny’s Story:
Penny’s journey began just a few months ago, after her foster spotted and rescued her behind Nothing Bundt Cakes. In that short time, she transformed from a shy stray into the most silly, affectionate, cuddle-loving girl. 💗
She went home with a family who already adores her — a home where she gets to continue blooming into the funny, sweet, confident cat she was always meant to be.

💛 The best part?
They didn’t get adopted together — but they got adopted on the same day. Two endings. Two beginnings. Two hearts finally home. 🏡

As we enter the season of giving, I’m asking for help with something vital — keeping KFM Rescue running. 💛

Running a rescue isn’t just about vet bills and emergencies. Every single day, there are essential operating costs that keep 20+ cats and kittens safe, fed, clean, and cared for:

✨ Gas for trapping and vet runs
✨ Laundry (so much laundry!)

My handsome boy Binx has been patiently waiting for over a year now — and I can’t believe this sweet soul hasn’t been scooped up yet! 🥺

Binx is genuinely one of the most loving cats you’ll ever meet. He adores affection, gentle pets, and quiet moments with his people. 💕 While he’s been so patient at the rescue, he’s ready for something he’s never had — a calm, cozy home to call his own.

Binx can get a little overwhelmed sharing space with so many other cats, so he’d do best as the only cat or with one mellow feline friend. 🐾 He’s great with dogs and does wonderfully with kids, too — truly the complete package.

Our sweet, goofy boy, Sir Nugget, officially has his happily ever after! 💕 From being found all alone to growing into the confident, playful, and endlessly loving kitty he is today — his journey has been nothing short of amazing.

Nugget now has the purrfect home with a loving family and two new sisters — one cat 🐱 and one dog 🐶 — who are already showing him the ropes. He’s finally getting all the love, playtime, and cozy naps he deserves.
