As we enter the season of giving, I’m asking for help with something vital — keeping KFM Rescue running. 💛

Running a rescue isn’t just about vet bills and emergencies. Every single day, there are essential operating costs that keep 20+ cats and kittens safe, fed, clean, and cared for:

My handsome boy Binx has been patiently waiting for over a year now — and I can’t believe this sweet soul hasn’t been scooped up yet! 🥺

Binx is genuinely one of the most loving cats you’ll ever meet. He adores affection, gentle pets, and quiet moments with his people. 💕 While he’s been so patient at the rescue, he’s ready for something he’s never had — a calm, cozy home to call his own.

✨ Sir Nugget Has Found His Forever Home! ✨

Our sweet, goofy boy, Sir Nugget, officially has his happily ever after! 💕 From being found all alone to growing into the confident, playful, and endlessly loving kitty he is today — his journey has been nothing short of amazing.

Nugget now has the purrfect home with a loving family and two new sisters — one cat 🐱 and one dog 🐶 — who are already showing him the ropes. He’s finally getting all the love, playtime, and cozy naps he deserves.

We couldn’t be happier for this little love bug who’s come so far since the day he was rescued. Congratulations, Sir Nugget — you’ll forever be part of the KFM Rescue family. ❤️

🐾💗 Ophelia Needs Our Help 💗🐾

Sweet Ophelia — my special, incontinent girl — recently underwent a major surgery. Due to a spinal cord injury she’s had since before rescue, her tail had to be amputated to prevent further injury and to help with cleanliness and long-term comfort. 💔💪

During the procedure, she was also spayed, which couldn’t be done at a low-cost clinic due to the additional risks involved. Her surgery needed specialized care… and that comes with a higher cost.

✨ Thanks to one incredibly kind donor who pledged $150, I am now working to raise the remaining $704.76 🙏❤️

Ophelia is recovering beautifully — full of purrs, biscuits, and that unstoppable spirit she’s had since day one. She may be tiny, but she has overcome more in her short life than most cats ever will. She deserves every chance to live a pain-free, happy, and healthy life. 🐱💕

Scarlett has officially been looking for her forever home for one full year — and while every other cat around her has found their match, she’s still waiting… patiently, quietly, and maybe even a little stubbornly.

Scarlett is what I lovingly call a wild card.
She isn’t instantly affectionate. She isn’t going to run up for cuddles. With me, she prefers living life on her own terms — lounging in sunny spots, observing from a distance, and maintaining a polite level of “hooman tolerance.” 😼✨

But here’s the thing…
❓What if she’s waiting for her person?
❓What if a new home brings out a side of her I’ve never seen?
❓What if the right environment unlocks the love she’s been holding back?

I’ve seen it before — cats who act one way in a rescue setting and flourish once they finally feel like they belong. Scarlett could be one of those stories. 💛

Sweet Lola hasn’t been feeling her best lately, and after a trip to the vet, I discovered why… She’s been diagnosed with painful oral ulcers caused by calicivirus 😢💔

This poor girl has already fought so hard in her short life — rescued from a feral colony, timid but full of love, and always looking for comfort and safety. Now she needs the community’s help to get back on her paws. 🐾

✨🐾 Happy National Black Cat Day! Wednesday & Pugsley - Up for Adoption!🐾✨

Wednesday & Pugsley are two inseparable siblings who prove that black cats are pure magic. 🖤

Pugsley came to KFM Rescue at just 3.5 months old after being born outside at one of my managed feral colonies. Now 7 months old, this sleek, gentle boy has blossomed into one of the sweetest fosters we’ve ever had. Though shy at first, Pugsley is a curious, playful, and affectionate kitten who loves batting at toys, watching the world with his soulful eyes, and curling up next to his feline friends.

Wednesday joined KFM Rescue at just 2.5 months old, rescued from another managed colony. Now 5.5 months old, she’s grown into a graceful and observant young cat — calm, intelligent, and just a little mysterious (just like her namesake 🖤). While she’s not the cuddliest right away, she continues to blossom with gentle love and patience.

These two share an incredible bond — they play together, nap together, and find comfort in one another’s company. Wednesday & Pugsley must be adopted as a pair, and together, they’ll bring double the love, double the laughter, and endless cozy moments to their forever home. 🐾✨

Anakin loves being around people and meeting new friends, both human and furry! He’s confident, curious, and full of personality. Whether you’re having company over or relaxing on the couch, Anakin will be right there soaking up the attention (and stealing hearts). 💕
