Celebrate the good news with Ronnie. His vet was very happy to find the swelling of his lymph glands in 4 areas is down significantly. He has healed well from removal of his abscessed tooth, so no more antibiotic or tramadol. Ronnie will continue on his daily high doses of prednisone. Given no signs of declining health, Ronnie will not see the vet for another month. The vet still suspects lymphoma, is working to extend Ronnie's life.

A friendly & trusting 10 y.o., Ronnie is in hospice care with by Heather's Foster Dogs. He was rescued by Joliet Township Animal Control after being dumped on the streets. JTAC saw he had an abscessed tooth & swollen lymph glands & so reached out to the community for help. HFD's veterinarian diagnosed lymphoma. Ronnie's abscessed tooth was removed. Ronnie's foster home is his permanent home & is being given medications to keep him as comfortable as possible.
