We are super excited to announce that The Kind Pet was chosen as a finalist for the hosted by !
We were chosen out of 500 applicants as one of 8 finalists, all strong female empowered brands based in the US and Canada. If we win the grand prize, we will be awarded $10,000 in cash and $10,000 in business or marketing services from Kajae.
This prize money would be a game changer for The Kind Pet! This is how we'd use it:
• Develop one new and innovative plastic-free enrichment toy so dogs can have a safer, toy to enjoy.
• Start pitching our products to independent pet retailers and advertise online so pet parents can find our plastic-free alternative toys more easily.
• Create an educational campaign on social media to raise crucial awareness about the dangers of plastics for both pets and the planet.
How will the winner be selected?
25% based on votes (Oct 14-16)
75% based on pitches to a panel of judges and sponsors (Oct 16)
