Our competition was this last weekend, we didn't win any ribbons, buckles or saddles and that's okay. I didn't go into this thinking I was going to win, it was a lot fun and is amazing program. Someday I will win a buckle... I was so impressed with Ezra's overall attitude. He had never been around that many people or horses and handled it like a champ. I choose to keep him and will finish his training. I want to thank feed for sponsoring us throughout the 100 days. Ezra loves their feed and hearbal supplements..
Sorry I didn't take any pictures the whole weekend but I know others did so when I get them I'll post them. Thanks everyone for following us and supporting us. I will continue to post Ezra's training on here.

Ezra had a big day today, we worked in the arena, I was able to get on him and he moved into a stall. He's doing so well I love that he trust me so much.@ Unbridled: Rescue, Redeem, Restore

This little horse is so awesome, he just keeps trying and trusting me.. today we worked on lunging in the arena, getting use to the step( which he thought was going to eat him at first)and putting weight on his back.

Ezra did really well today, we checked out the area again, walked over a stick and around a cone. I was also able to pick up all four of his feet today.

Yesterday Ezra worked on lunging in the round pen, he had a couple big explosions but recovered and continued to try for me. ( it amazes me how high them guys can jump)he had to learn that he couldn't be next to me and had to move out and go around me. He did an amazing job. He's so willing to try.

Ezra was such a brave boy yesterday he decided to trust me and step out of his safe place. I'm so proud of him he's going to make someone a really nice horse.

Short session with Ezra today but it went well he let me put on his training halter and take the rope around his legs. He's coming a long nicely..

Yesterday I hopped in Ezra's pen after being gone for 4 days and he is just as sweet as he was before I left and so willing to try. Today I was able to rub him all over his back, belly, chest and hindquarters. He's leaning to lead and yield his hindquarters. Today I took his halter off.

Today I was able to scratch Ezra all over his neck on both sides and able to take his tag off. He is very curious about sticks and wants to play with them in his mouth.
