It’s going to be a cold week coming up but today we enjoyed a balmy 40 degree day with a barn brunch spread and Cavaletti Clinic with Liz Gallen of Blue Heron Farm. Thank you to Liz for a great day! Congratulations to Erin Laurent and Juglans Y on their success at the US Dressage Finals last weekend! They placed 4th in the 3rd Level Adult Amateur Freestyle Championship with a 69.033% and 6th in the 3rd Level Adult Amateur Championship with a 67.042%. A fabulous end to the season. Beautiful day for the ESDCTA Championships at the USET 🍂🍁 Annie Wohlgemuth and Shiloh competed in the Second Level Division 2 Championship, finishing as Reserve Champion just 0.1% behind the Champion. Congratulations to Laura Aber on her success with HMM Quazercot at National Dressage Pony Cup this past week! 🎉🍾🥂Laura and Q were Champion for Adult Amateur Small Horse USDF Freestyle riding to their amazing new freestyle designed by Sweney Productions - Custom Musical Freestyles. They were also Reserve Champion for Adult Amateur Small Horse Fourth Level and won High Score Breed Award for PRE. So proud of what this pair has accomplished in a short time! Congratulations to Debra Tomajko who rode her 30 year old mare Storytime for the Century Club award at Applewood on May 15th 🍾🎉🥕 They had quite the audience and not a dry eye in the house. Debra and Page have been partners for 18 years and they rode a lovely 3rd Level Test 1 for the award. Thanks to Applewood Farm for a great day and thank you to everyone who came out to support including Page’s longtime vet and acupuncturist Dr. Nicole Jochec from Running 'S' Equine Veterinary Services and massage therapist Karin Baldwin Quayle along with many Stone Horse Farm barnmates.
