Here is a great recipe for apple slaw using 3 different microgreens - all of which we sell!! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 Honeycrisp Apple – grated5oz Kohlrabi microgreens5oz Sunflower microgreens5oz Red Rambo Radish microgreens
1/8th cup fresh tarragon
Lemon zest – to taste
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP lemon juice
Salt, pepper – to taste
Shredded gouda (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing. Mix well.
