Sleep is overrated! I'm still at the training center and just finished my second paracord leash at about 2 am! This is my first time trying the cobra knot. I was planning for the leash to be 3' long after slipped around a dog's neck, but it's only 2'. Oh well, great practice anyway. I'm super proud of it and will still get great use out of it!

This is my definition of "you have to start somewhere". I'm brand new to paracord. I made a few little bootlace practice projects and dove into Kumihimo today making a 2' leash. Lol I couldn't at all figure out how to do the knot to finish the handle, so I just totally did my own thing, and yes, I'll definitely change the way I start the whole thing at the snap or do a turk's head or something. Lol I'm darn proud nonetheless!

Mr. Pringles is once again single and looking for his perfect match(es)!
Despite assuring the guy I'd have Mr. Pringles fully rehabbed first and keeping him updated with every little thing (AND him agreeing to adopt the dog even AFTER finding out about the fractured pelvis), his adopter opted out through an unbelievably cold text message.
All good, this dog deserves somebody so much better! Anybody else want to submit an application?

What a difference just over a week has made! Although his hip bones and spine are still prolific, Mr. Pringles is gaining weight and seems to be feeling so much better! He's quite playful and you can see happiness in his eyes and expressions. We still don't have any answers about possible surgical relief, but still have high hopes. The best news is that someone has stepped forward to adopt him! Here are some "now" vs "then" photos.

EIGHT dogs in the bus yesterday! They travel so well and are so good about getting in and out of the bus and the crates. I never expected they'd be THIS good about it!

I just wanted to let you all know that Mr. Pringles became quite popular at the vet rather quickly! They all just loved him and couldn't believe how sweet he is, especially considering the pain he's enduring ❤️
