As promised Orlando recap and pictures

Saffron (Nekkid Ambition Wild About A Saffron Ladybug 🐞) went Winners Bitch/BOW for a 5pt Major on Tuesday, Reserve WB on Wednesday & Thursday and WB/Best Puppy/ and Best Bred By for another 5 pt Major on Friday at AHTCA Nationals.

Basil (Nekkid Ambition Sweet Basil Aphid 🪲) on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday he was a bit over excited and animated in his motion. 🤣 He pulled it together Friday (AHTCA Nationals) and went Reserve WD for 3 pt Major and on Sunday he took Reserve WD again.

Skeeter ( #1 Flyball, #5 Fastcat) , Sting ( #10 OH in Conformation) and Beetlejuice ( #1 Scent Work) were honored at the AHTCA Showcase for their 2023 accomplishments.

The Spice Litter (Poe x Butters 🦋) had a monster day at the AHTCA National Specialty in Orlando!

Basil (Nekkid Ambition Sweet Basil Aphid 🪲) is figuring this Show stuff out! With 18 class males entered, he took reserve winners dog for a 3 point major.

Then Saffron (Nekkid Ambition Wild About A Saffron Lady Bug 🐞) said, "that's cool Brother, but watch this"..... she went on to win Winners Bitch (5 point major). Then won best puppy AND best bred-by.

We couldn't be happier with the way these two youngest members of The Swarm are representing our breeding program. It's humbling to get these kinds of results amongst some outstanding entries in this year's National Specialty.

Thanks so much to Kari Jepson , Felicity Trammel, and Angie Claussen for guiding us to this breeding.

Also thanks to judge Edy Dyksta-Blum for finding our puppies with so many other great entries in the ring!

Congratulations again to all the exhibitors! We all took home the best dogs at the show.

Nekkid Ambition Sweet Basil Aphid 🦟 (Basil) went BOB both Sat & Sun with a Group 4 OH and 1st Place Terrier Puppy Group on Sat. (Unfortunately we were not able to make Groups on Sun due to a family obligation.)

Nekkid Ambition Wild About A Saffron Lady Bug 🐞 (Saffron) went BOS both Sat & Sun.

Very special day for us as Breeders and we are excited to see where they go from here. Thank you Kari Jepson and Felicity Trammell for partnering with us and letting us take handsome Poe to our beautiful Butters.

It’s a bittersweet day as we bid farewell to Gambit (formerly Dill). He’s off to Missouri for an exciting future packed with flyball, conformation, dock diving, and so much more. We miss him already, but we’re thrilled for Gambit and the wonderful adventures ahead for him. Plus, we gained another friend and addition to our "Dog Family". We've really struggled with our decisions on this litter and, quite frankly, we are really surprised to be making this post. We will probably regret this one later but, we just can't keep them all.

Dill and Basil are being made available for show/performance homes! Both of these boys have a bright future in the show AND performance rings. Contact us for more details.

They are not currently available for pet homes. We'll show them ourselves if need be. They belong in the ring!

Any of you crossfit people looking for a great show dog? Basil does his core training every single night on the wobble ball.

What do you do to entertain and mentally enrich Nekkid Baby Hippos when it's been raining all day? .... Enjoy the cuteness that is the puppy mosh pit. (Today's novel item is with their favorite treat scattered amongst balls.🐔)

Good night sweet .....ummmmm... Naughty Baby Hippos it's past your bedtime and it doesn't appear that you're winding down. 😱🤣

Manding in action...

The Nekkid Baby Hippos are starting to show signs of being enrichment seekers! Today's novel enrichment item were spinner toys stuck to side of welping box. All pups immediately went over to investigate. We will raise the spinners up a bit higher this afternoon to help build coordination and balance.

Tonight's novel/enrichment item....the storytelling dragon! Saffron was more interested in the mirror. 😁

The pups have full mobility now, much to Butters' chagrin. Dill has definitely found his voice. He's mastered whining, growling, barking and howling. I always thought a puppy howling would be cute. I was wrong. (Haven't captured a howl on the phone yet)

About time to reconfigure the living quarters. I predict escapes will start happening today.
