Today I’m recommending another of my favourite things - my Kong Wubba Floppy Ears toy!! As you can tell by the colour of it, I’ve had it for a while now. I’m a bit of a power chewer (yes, I ate the top off my red Kong 😬) and this is holding up just fine. It’s got a squeaker inside which I love and it provides for endless games of fetch and tug!

There are plenty of studies out there proving the companionship of a pet reduces anxiety and stress. Pets help with so many things including depression, socialising, loneliness, people in later life, children with ADHD and on the autistic spectrum.
