How cute is Georgie?! We just rescued this little guy this past weekend and geez he’s precious! Georgie is a 2 year old Maltese ( maybe maltipoo) who came into rescue when his owner couldn’t take him where he was moving. He’s spent most of his life outside and is beginning to see all the amazing things an indoor doggie life has to offer. He enjoys walks, cuddles and most importantly, his new found love are squeaky toys! We’re obsessed and we know you guys will be too! We’re going to give Georgie some time to settle in and then he’ll be ready for his forever home!🎈

Gorgeous girl Gia is still looking for her forever home! She is an adorable 6 months old golden/Corgi who’s beyond sweet. She came into the rescue with her other siblings ( a couple of which are still available too!) and has been doing great in foster care. She definitely needs a live in with a confident doggie companion to show her the ropes. Gia just adores her big foster brother and is always by his side. She’s loving walks, playtime and of course cuddles too with her foster parents. Gia is initially timid and will need some little attention building confidence and socialization which we’ve witnessed a great improvement, but with time she will be your little shadow... if you are interested in adopting this lovely doggie please kindly check in with us!

“We really went into this thinking we wouldn’t be foster fails but Phoebe has just been such a light and we can’t imagine her not being part of our family. She has settled in and loves all four siblings. Callaway went to day care on Monday and Phoebe was so sad when she left, and was so excited and happy when Callaway got home. Their bond gets stronger everyday. We’d be more than thrilled to adopt her” !!💖

Please welcome stunning Diego to Harmony Retreat! This cutie pie came to us from he’s previous owner who decided to surrender. He faced a respiratory infection some months back he has fully recovered after spending 2 months at the Vets office. He is medically clear and prepared for a foster home of his own! Diego is approximately 10 months old and weighs just about 25-30 pounds. He would do best in an active home where someone will give him the training and structure he needs. If are interested in fostering Diego or fostering to adopt(other dogs available), please reach out to us!

I remember taking Loba to the clinic to see the vet. Due to his owner’s negligence, she had never been spayed. Barely fed, never vaccinated, dewormed, out on flea meds, given a bath or ever medically treated.
She started limping a few days ago and bloodwork before going to her foster home in Los Angeles next weekend. Dr. Aaron Valenzuela Guerrero suspects she may have been suffering from Cutaneous Vasculitis for a long time . Luckily, her skin has not turn necrotic.
Cutaneous vasculitis is the most commonly reported type of vasculitis in dogs. It affects the small blood vessels housed under the skin and causes various skin diseases in dogs.

Loba is finally home and exactly where she belongs. You have no idea how much we will miss her but we know she is in great hands. Thank you for taking her in @ JuliaStanfield. We love you both and pray for you! Can’t wait to visit and see Loba’s new adventures.

“RESCUE” DOES NOT MEAN ‘DAMAGED’. IT MEANS THEY HAVE BEEN LET DOWN BY HUMANS.
This young male pittie was found yesterday near the water dam, close to the rescue property. I had my backpack with me which of course had some treats and gave him all the ones I had. He eventually followed me and my wife . He is extremely Scared of chains!!!🥺 tried to attach the chain leash to the collar I had put on him but he ran away into the rescue property and hid in one of the rooms. I was able to just carry him and switch leashes. He’s definitely been mistreated.

We took him to the vet to get started on treatments on his ear and under his lip. He’s about 1-2 year old!! Doc gave him an anesthetic. Tomorrow, he will be getting vaccinated and neutered as soon as I have time. Welcome to the rescue big boy!!!🐶🤎

Headed back to LA tonight but saw this little guy was about to get hit by several cars who wouldn’t stop. Luckily, my mother-in-law, I and a stranger parked our cars to the side and chased him back and forth until we were able to corner him. Took us a while to catch home because he was scared of anyone touching him. Once secured, Hector ( the stranger, now friend) and I brought him home. He has took a warm bath and is now resting peacefully. He’s only about 2 months and was already struggling in to survive on the streets of Leon...alone, cold and starving to death.
I will be taking him to see the vet tomorrow for a check up and his puppy vaccines AND then see how it goes finding him a good home

My sweet Cali now known as Frida is also doing amazing with her new pawrents . She loves to cuddle, take naps, take out her toys from the bag and loves her treats. Her momma is already teaching her now to sit. It’s only been two weeks but she’s already brought so much joy and happiness to her new family. We thank them for giving her the best life she deserves. I know she’s happy and that’s all I need to know. Miss you baby!!

Our first little rescue of October from a couple of weeks ago came perfectly named... Say hello to Pumpkin! Pumpkin is a 2 year old Pekingese mix. He loves other dogs and especially kids. Pumpkin is an active boy who enjoys daily walks and park trips but he also is a cuddly pup who will just as easily curl up on the couch with you for a movie night. Pumpkin is looking for a family with kids and another dog. Although we feel he won’t even just as happy without another dog as long as he has some young humans to grow up with! If you’re interested in adopting this sweet boy, please indicate and make sure you’ve done your research on the breed.

In search of a small puppy?
Mickey may just wiggle his way into your heart! We welcomed this adorable boy one week ago and Omgosh we are just obsessed...

Mickey is an approximately 10 week old Maltese and has been doing so well. He ignores the resident cats, loves to play with dogs, big and small. He is just a happy go lucky little dude. Mickey is quite young and still has lots of learning to do... Like that, As shoes are to humans, so are squeaky toys to the dogs most especially puppies! He learns quickly and is just a delight. He will thrive with a patient family dedicated to basis training, socialization and most importantly, giving him a fun-filled life.

Mickey still needs to get his first round of shots and see our vet, but we are looking for a committed foster to adopt home who would ultimately adopt him once he’s ready! Mickey will do best in a home with another dog and a yard (big or small) since he’s not fully vaccinated.

Elvis needs us. This sweet boy was dumped at the age of 15.. in absolute deplorable conditions. There is no excuse for this type of neglect and we want to help Elvis desperately but we need funds via donations. We need your donation. Elvis has a foster lined up who has committed to caring for him for however long he has left on earth. We need to raise at least $1,350 in order to be able to care for this sweet boy financially. Please consider making a donation towards getting Elvis safe. No dog should ever be left in this condition.

Donations can be made through PayPal or Venmo. We will keep everyone updated on Elvis. The short term goal now is to fundraise to get our sweet Elvis safe and healthy again 🙏🏻

We are excitedly anticipating the arrival of this precious girl, Rosie! And another young golden girl early next week. The conditions we find these dogs overseas are just devastating. It is so important to us that we highlight the amazing work our Turkish rescuers are doing over there and why it’s so important that we continue our tireless efforts to rehabilitate the dogs who need us most and get them here to live the lives they deserve. Rosie was found on the streets and had part of her ear chopped off. It is heartbreaking to think anyone could do this to a defenseless animal. The reality is, stuff like this happens every day. Our incredible rescuer Emel, has spent the last several months nursing Rosie back to health and getting her the vet attention she needs and she has just blossomed in her care. Rosie will be coming to us on Monday and is in need of a loving foster or foster to adopt home to show her what good life is all about. Rosie is dog and people friendly and can’t wait to learn to live i a house and be spoiled as she should be. If interested in fostering please kindly notify. It warms our heart when we post these precious faces in hopes of giving them a better life and then we get so many text and messages from people willing to foster! When one dog gets adopted, it opens a foster for anew dog and from there, it’s just a revolving door.. Have a blessed day when you read this..animal lover😊🐶

Please meet socks..a goofy, cuddly, well behaved poodle/ Shih-Tzu mix who came to the rescue when his owners were not able to take care of him. Socks is such an easy going boy who is eager and ready for a new family of his own. He is approximately 10 months old, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Socks and the rescue team at large await the best forever home for this cuddly prince 😍🐶

FREEDOM FOR FEDERICK !

We stepped in to help this gorgeous 7 year old yesterday from East Valley Animal Shelter when we saw on Facebook that he had only until the end of the day for rescue help with no interest. Furfrick now renamed Federick was an owner surrender to shelter due to his owner passing away. He was surrendered in a pretty bad condition and it is clear he hasn’t received medical care. He satin the shelter critical condition room and it was nothing like we had seen before. Multiple facial tumors and he’s eye completely swollen. One tumor looks attached to his eye socket. An appointment has been made with a specialist and we await reports so as to know the cost to further treatments and get federick to a more healthy state- show love and support for Federick
