Our riding ring is DONE! Our LLC is filed.

Please be aware we’re changing names very soon as we were unable to file with our existing name. It’s unfortunate, but we like the one we filed under. New start, new name right?

Shortly we’ll be offering riding lessons and partial on property leasing to students in addition to continuing to sell jumps and some other arena/horse equipment.

We’re back to work this week.

By next Tuesday we will have the following items ready for sale:

(4) Jump Sets including 5’ Standards and two poles each.

(4) Cavaletti Cross sets with two poles each

(1) Lattice Plank.

These items will be listed with individual prices and a discount will be available for those who want to purchase the whole bunch as a set. We may also be willing to customize the plank for an additional charge.

We’re getting back to work.

This is some of our best work. You’ve seen his photos in posts, but you may have missed his story.

Lotus was originally ”Andy” or “Ol’ Yellow.” He was advertised as an unhandled but gentle two year old stud c**t at a feed pen in Oklahoma in June 2020.

When we picked him up he was malnourished to a point where he struggled to walk. We hauled him home, 32 hours of travel and water stops and frequent checks.

We fed him. We gelded him. We trained him. We took the malnourished c**t no one really wanted to take a chance on and turned him into the solid citizen he is today. We thought about selling this one - but in the end we decided he was ours.

But maybe our next project can be yours when we finish.

This jump was sold and delivered on Friday last week.

We used a lot of the proceeds to buy tools to make the job easier.

Please note that we’ll be listing some small items soon, such as cavaletti sets and unpainted jumps for you or your lesson kids to finish your own way.

We’re happy to deliver - we enjoy the drive. But please take note that delivery will be free for purchases of $500 or more within 90 minutes of our location in New Lebanon. We will deliver smaller orders for a reasonable fee.

Star is home, and we’re in the middle of moving into the new facility.

Also, we’re delivering jumps to Vermont on Friday and to Western Massachusetts early next week.

Busy, busy, busy. But oh so worth it!

We’re getting the first coat of paint on some poles for a custom order today.

Custom orders will take on average a week to two to finish due to our busy lives and actually waiting for paint to dry between coats.

This order is for four poles, even though you see three pictured here, a plank with lettering, flower boxes and two sets of standards.

Normally we charge around $500 for a set of standards, two poles (8’) and a plank. Extra charges apply for custom lettering, more expensive material (10’ poles or lattice for example) or add ons.

We don’t charge anything to deliver up to 90 minutes from our location. In fact we don’t tend to charge for up to two hours of driving from our location.

We appreciate customers who understand the amount of time and effort we put in as well as the cost of lumber. Thank you for that 💕

Okay guys - everyone asked for 10’ poles and so we got them. This set is getting stripes tomorrow and we expect the whole jump to be done by Thursday at the latest. So keep checking back.

We got hit with life last month (read that stomach bug hit the whole household with a vengence) and so we haven’t put much out. We’re working on one custom order that will be ready for June, and this set which will be listed for sale next week. Then we’re taking on a whole course - stay tuned!

It’s raining outside, so our trail ride is cancelled. That makes today a good day to sand poles!

We began re-starting our horses for the season today.

Our horses typically have winters off. That’s largely because we don’t yet have a fancy facility with an indoor arena and we’re in an area where winters are challenging to say the least.

But honestly, I think the horses stay mentally more sound when they have a break every now and then. The break does them good and they always seem eager to get back to things in the spring.
