A little reminder about cancellations & no shows 🥺
As a small business, we completely understand that life happens, plans change and emergencies come up. All we ask is that you let us know. We send 24-hour reminders for every booking and if you can’t make your appointment, the kindest thing you can do is send a quick message.
Not telling us has a huge knock-on effect. When someone doesn’t show up, we’re still covering salon fees, wages, stock costs, and even our own mortgages. A missed appointment means we can’t fill that space and as a small business, that really hurts.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, or in the case of a no-show then we will require 50% of the grooming cost before another appointment can be booked.
