Successfully switched into the bigger play yard today.....
If they are anything like their daddy they'll be trying to climb up and out of the play yard like their Aunts Angel and Princess did to me....

Puppies have made it to 3 weeks old today and we have some Rolley Pollies this time around!
They are walking around and have eyes open.... Momma is over it already so I'm having to force her to still feed for a couple more weeks so I can transition the babies to wet food!

When investigating claims of animal cruelty, law enforcement should be aware of the well-documented link to violence against humans and other types of violent crime.
Mind Control Tactics
How do abusers exert such extreme influence over their partners’ thoughts and feelings? In workshops and support groups, abuse survivors have named the following tactics:
Isolating their victims socially
Restricting access to information
Enforcing rules with punishments for “disobedience”
Blocking their partners from making decisions about things that matter
Keeping their partners sleepy and even malnourished
Pushing their partners to consume alcohol and drugs
Drugging their partners without their knowledge, so the victim just does not “feel right” and may even lose consciousness
Exhausting them physically through forced labor in or outside the home
Humiliating and injuring them through s*x
Manipulating them through lies, the silent treatment, and gaslighting
Making their partners “crack” mentally by torturing them. For example, by denying them needed medication, forcing them to listen to two talk radio stations at once, denying them access to showers, or forcing them to harm their own child or pet.
Abusers control their partners by making them feel disoriented and afraid.
Many victims return to abusive relationships because they are driven by the basic necessities of life.
Victims who experience secondary victimization as a result of the negative attitudes of others are more likely to blame themselves as well.
Some victims return to abusers because they believe that despite the mistreatment, the rewards outweigh the costs of separation.
“Why did she go back to him?” we ask incredulously when someone we care about returns to her abuser. Research reveals the reasons.
Domestic violence and animal abuse often go hand in hand. Fortunately, assistance is available.
Mom and babies have made it through week 2 without any issues with each other.
Mom on the other hand decided that going 😭 after Dodge our very first rescue and making him cry 😭 like a human..... So she is kissing upto me hardcore.....
We are doing everything we can to keep her and the babies safe and secure and away from the boys. She's just extra moody I guess..... I mean I don't blame her.... 7 beautiful 🤩 puppies I'd be protective too.....
Most of our friends and family know that we do primarily animal rescue work but myself and my partner are also huge advocates for human trafficking and rescuing victims from their captivity!
Human Trafficking is a very serious issue and most people turn a blind eye to it or say that the women and children are out doing it by choice which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! Most are forced into it and drugged and abused by their captors!
My partner has been doing the human rescue for years and now we are partners in doing so…. We pull all women children and animals out of these situations because chances are if they are abusing the humans they are also abusing the animals!
She helps the human side heal and I handle rehabilitation for the animals!
We will be posting more videos and information about trafficking and other types of situations we step into that police and other organizations will not step into and help!

HELP:
My name is Toby and I have been stolen. I am in the hands of a troubled individual and not getting my proper medications. But it gets worse. Way worse. My Daddy, Leroy Jenkins, has owned me for 11 years. He adopted me from the ECSPCA when I was tied to a pole at the Broadway Market. For 11 years, I was his pride and joy. I never missed a vet appointment. I went on walks allllll the time and went everywhere with my Dad. My Dad is a simple man and beloved member of the community. I am his world and he is mine.
My Dad let me begin spending time with his daughter, Nikia Jenkins, when he was at work so that I always had company. For a while, it was good. She has mental health issues, but I helped her. One day, about two and a half months ago, she changed. She stole me. It's not my Dad's fault... maybe she stopped taking her meds. But now I am not getting mine. I have skin allergies and and am not getting my Apoquil. I am suffering. And most of all, I miss my Dad. But it gets worse. Way worse.
My Dad tried everything to get me back. He waits outside my house. He has called the police and made reports. They know where I am and that I am stolen and suffering... they don't care. The ECSPCA where I was adopted from... they know that I am stolen and suffering... they don't care. I have been licensed to my Dad for 11 years. He has 100 + pages of vet records for me. If I was a car, Buffalo Police would make an arrest if they knew who stole me, so why won't they do that when I am a dog in danger? Someone once told me that the only thing the system cares about less than terrier type dogs are the black men that own them. But anyway. It gets worse. Way worse.
My Dad hired a lawyer who did everything right. He actually works with you guys and always fights for the animals. On Thursday, he got a Court Order from an Erie County Supreme Court Judge directing me to be returned immediately to my Dad AND for the Buffalo Police Department to assist and ensure that I am returned.
Finally, this nightmare is over, right?? NO!!! The Buffalo Police Department said they were NOT going to follow the Court Order. How can they do this? If you break a Court Order, you go to jail... why are they above the law?? Why wouldn't they want to save me? I don't know, but my lawyer says he will continue to fight. Please help us. PLEASE SHARE and call the Buffalo Police Department, B District at 716-851-4403 and ask them to save me. My life and my Dad's heart depends on it.

First day in and she’s already happier! No more outside unless we going potty no more living in a small crate! Have lists of kids and dogs around to play with! Loving 🥰 life so far!
We are doing hand feeding to build up our bond and trust factor! We will be starting basic training soon! Gotta let her settle in some more before we go into full swing training but she’s showing lots of signs of being a natural service dog!
Can’t wait to see her in action.

So we have our very first Board & Train pup here to stay with his human family for a little while. Everyone meet Mischief my grand babies pup! He’s about 9 months old he’s Husky Shepherd mix and a ball of energy! Not only do I get the privilege of being his trainer but I also get to be home full time to care for my grandkids!
