If you looked at these 2 pics would you say they are the same dog? I couldn’t believe it but when the owner was able to verify the microchip information on file it was proven this is the same exact dog!

MICROCHIP YOUR PETS PEOPLE

Luigi is home!!! Luigi went missing in October of 2023. Was found in a company parking lot 2 miles away end up November but had to gain his trust to be scanned for a microchip. January 18th an awesome Good Samaritan messaged me (Lucy Cabrera) and asked me for help on this microchip as it was unregistered. I sent a public records to Broward County Animal Services. Days later I had owner information and Lucy called the owner! She was in tears and in such shock she did not know what to say! Lucy met up with the owners yesterday evening and was able to reunite Luigi after almost 3 months!

This morning I got a Facebook message from Pooches in Pines. They stated one of their officers picked up this dog shown below. They scanned him for a microchip and he had one. It was not registered. I contacted an ACO (Animal Control Officer) at the shelter the microchip was implanted. We call the owner and find out the dog has been missing for a MONTH!!!

This is what it looks like when rescues and shelters work with me. More animals can go to their rightful families and can increase their return to home statistics!

Not sure exactly what happened this year but 2023 was filled with stolen pets!

1) stolen and found 3 weeks later
2) dog was found in Louisiana and brought to FL by finder was brought back to Louisiana to rescue that adopted out
3) stolen for 6 years
4)stolen and found 3 weeks later
5) missing for 1 year
6) stolen over a year ago
7) reunited after 9 years

Get your dog tags 2024! I will be ordering a new shipment of all colors!

2 more for the book before New Years!

1) was found in Dallas Fort Worth Area. The vet told finder the microchip was unregistered. Turns out the vet didn’t read the chip number correctly and forgot the first 3 digits of the microchip. (Ughhhh) besides the point Blue is now home with his owner!

2) Fluffy who is blind and deaf found his way out to the Main Street after wandering out of his yard. His microchip was registered and I was able to locate the owner!! Fluffy is back home with the owner where he belongs!!!! Stay home old boy!

This weekend we will be seeing an influx of dogs roaming the street as it’s the holiday season. People forget to close gates or it’s not latched all the way etc etc. PLEASE CHECK YOUR GATES BEFORE LETTING YOUR DOG(S) OUTSIDE!!

Time to introduce you guys to microchips and how it can save your pets life!

•Collars can break and anyone can take them off- Your dog can be home in the matter of minutes if your pets chip is registered and updated!
•Nearly Painless- microchips go under the skin and is just a vaccine like procedure (below is what a microchip looks like)
•Affordable- there is a 1 time fee you have to pay depending on the chip company. Do NOT let a chip company make you pay monthly or yearly. If your pet got out and you called and reported as lost they would do the same thing they would if you were paying yearly/monthly
-Peace of mind- pets that are microchipped and registered after a higher chance of getting home quickly and faster!

If you find a pet and have the pet scanned for a microchip and it comes back as unregistered or outdated and a vet tells you it’s a dead end DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT let them tell you that! Grab the chip number and send me a message! I have done about 300 microchips the year of 2023 and have 5 Dead Ends where no owner was located or the chip can’t be traced!

I guess you could say I have been busy! Stogie is back home safe and sound! This sweet 8 1/2 golden retriever was found in the streets of Knoxville TN the other day! My friend tagged me in the post and the next morning the finder sent me a picture of the chip number! It is registered and we spent all day trying to contact the owner and sure enough we did and Stogie was reunited this morning!!!! So happy for them!

A registered microchip can get your pet home so much quicker after being found and scanned.

Today I had a phone call from someone who found this cat in Boca Grove area. The cat had a chip and was registered into the owners name but the chip company couldn’t get a hold of the owner. I called the chip company and texted the number on the microchip and I made contact with the owner! Leo the orange kitty has been missing for 3-4 months. The owner tried to locate him all this time and nothing. She made flyers, looked at the shelters, posted as lost all over Facebook and still couldn’t find him until today!
