I have been searching, for quite some time, for something that could help keep my blood pressure at a healthy level, and also reduce the night-time adrenalin surges that wake me with significantly elevated BP readings. I haven't had any adverse effects and really have had an overall positive experience. Well worth the price tag, I noticed my hair growing better, my nails becoming stronger and my energy levels increased. If you are on the fence, I would recommend getting a bottle and trying them, since they have really worked well for me.

I am extremely pleased with the vitamin D3 supplement from this company. It is exactly as described. I cannot swallow large pills or capsules and this company is true to what they state. This is a very tiny round capsule and it amazes me that one capsule is equivalent to 1000 international units of vitamin D3. Earlier this year my wife started exhibiting memory issues - typically unable to recall a word or name. Well, between Prevagen's TV Commercials and its good reviews on Amazon I thought she should give it a go. I bought a 60-day supply of Prevagen extra-strength and she took the suggested 1 capsule every day for the entire 60 days; but unfortunately I saw no improvement throughout that period.
Soon afterwards her DO suggested she try a Choline supplement, so I researched some of them on Amazon and came across Alpha GPC. Well, to cut to the chase, she has now been taking the recommended 2 capsules/day (with breakfast and dinner) for just about a month and we started to notice some improvement after just 3-weeks! Her recall has noticeably improved and while she still has some issues the occurrences are far less than before!

Update 8/5/19: I HAVE NOW LOST 15LBS IN 6 WEEKS FROM CUTTING OUT SUGAR AND USING YACON SYRUP INSTEAD! Honestly, that is the only dietary change I made! I wasn’t eating much sugar anyway - just agave syrup (terrible for blood sugar) in my one coffee a day and a couple pieces chocolate each evening. Cut that out and used Yacon instead and the weight just fell off. It certainly wasn’t from calorie reduction! I can only put it down to the yacon!

The package does not come with a scoop which is a bummer but nothing you can't sort out on your own. I use this every day and I have had no issues with it combining weird with anything. Sometimes you may need to blend a little extra to make sure there aren't any clumps remaining, but nothing wild. Definitely recommend!
