PB Rehab, Retirement and Ridden Paddock Paradise Livery have recently expanded and opened a second livery yard to cater to ridden horses and their owners. We have also run a retirement and rehabilitation paddock paradise livery since 2018.

Our paddock paradise is purpose built over 8 acres of stunning and spacious woodland with an abundance of natural shelter, enrichment and wildlife. We provide our horses with species appropriate living and horse centric care, whilst further incorporating commonly seen riding facilities for the owners.

Fairlawn Farm Livery Yard

We have a small track system, one which we call the summer track is a non surfaced grass track and the other which we use during the winter, which is partly surfaced. Both tracks have a shelter and natural shade/shelter. We are expanding and improving every year.

We operate a mixed herd of around 7/8 horses or ponies (depending on the size and personality/needs of the herd) of all ages and breeds. Some of our ponies are ridden others are retired, but they are a happy and relaxed herd.

NEW TRACK LIVERY YARD in Illston-on-the-Hill, Leicestershire - 3 assisted livery spaces available.

Spirit at Play are now offering track livery, set in 9 acres of stunning Leicestershire countryside. We have two interconnecting grass and hard surfaced tracks providing greater movement for your horses. Your horse’s mental and physical well-being is paramount to us and we ensure that all horses have the freedom to choose movement and friendship within our mixed herd. Our horses live out 24/7 with access to the two tracks, ad-lib hay (netted and loose), hard standing areas, four large shelters and chill out paddock. Grass track will be open roughly April-November (weather dependant) and the
hard surfaced track is open all year round, along with access to paddocks with standing hay December-March.
Lots of access to trees/bushes for foraging.

Assisted Livery is Monday-Friday (DIY Saturday/Sunday)

I’ve been at Great Dunton Farm for 14 years, it’s hasn’t always been track livery but I’ve always kept my horses unshod & I’ve always looked outside the box for solutions to problems.

Great Dunton farm track livery is a grass track set in the Kent countryside with good access from the M25 & A21..
Dunton Green train station is a short walk away which is on the Victoria line.
We have T.R.O.T routes & farm rides on our doorstep

Horses live out 24/7 with access to hay
Onsite ADAEP (ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN APPLIED EQUINE PODIATRY) but own trimmer is welcome.
Stabling available for each horse if required.
We are a gelding only yard with no more than 12 horses within the herd.
