When your best friend asks if you can spend a little time on her mare and maybe send her around the barrels later on this summer… obviously you have to!

2 runs, 3 days of traveling, good horses, a good traveling partner, new friends made, and some amazing memories to last
Clinton was slick and my up and coming “rodeo” horse panicked in the ground and we made some not so pretty turns
Unfortunately we had some video errors and nothing was recorded *that’s okay I prefer to forget that run anyway*
Next a trip to the coast to chilliwack run for the money slot race we made a nice smooth safe confidence building run running an 18.2
Excited to head up north next for the Kispiox rodeo next weekend
Thanks to Mayson Miller for making the adventure with me and making some ever lasting memories even if that road was turny twisty and bumpy 😜

Last KRC race for awhile… and well let’s just say I’m coming back in September for redemption on that second
I hit a barrel at 3 out of the 5 runs I made at KRC this season
Running a 19.7….. +5
That one had me thinking about it all the way home

Our head is up we are confident and we have a big week or racing ahead
With the Williams Lake Stampede barrel race on Wednesday
The Rodeo PG jackpot on Friday
And a rodeo run at rodeo PG this weekend as well!!

Excited to make a few more runs on my red horse before I give her 2 weeks off to get ready for the busy season in July

What a weekend!
Kispiox Valley Rodeo boy were you good to us, I’ve never been this far before and I enjoyed every second
A good ole fashioned rodeo out in the sticks to connect with old friends, make some nice runs, and enjoy my favourite things
Isabelle smith thanks for making the 7 hour journey with me I truly don’t think 7 hours would go by any faster with anyone else

Thinking of listing this 3 year old

Ridge has a born broke personality
Have rode him around a few times but selling as unstarted as he doesn’t have enough foundation work for me to consider him started
Stands tied
Still working on getting him ok with his feet being picked up so the farrier can work on him
Has a small imbelicle hernia due to be fixed May 26th
$1500 obo
Unfortunately I just don’t have time for all my projects and things anymore and decisions have to be made

Been trailered a few times
Hauls really good

Recently dewormed

I had big plans for this guy to make him into a handy youth barrel horse and ready for the futuritys in the fall but it’s becoming more clear this will not be happening with my schedule

As of May 1st 2024
I will no longer be accepting client horses for the summer
Unfortunately i just don’t have the time to give your horses my full attention and that’s unfair to you and your horses so I have decided not to continue with training
I will start taking horses again in late fall if everything goes to plan

3 year old only one left available

1. Flicks Grade 3 year old filly (appy)
Flicka is halter and foot broke but is not started, 15hh loads and ties up to date on teeth and farrier
$1500 as is

2. SOLD PENDING PICKUP Chick registered mare 11 year old (black)
Chick was bought from big bar ranch last year
She’s broke to ride, good with farrier, 15.3hh, loads and ties, up to date on teeth and farrier
Hasn’t been rode in awhile will be in for a tune up as of April 1st
Showings and videos will be available then

3. SOLD PENDING PICKUP Cash registered mare 16 year old (pali)
Started as a barrel horse but cash didn’t show enough interested to continue in that career path
Broke to ride was rode once last year
Good with farrier 14.3hh
Loads and ties, up to date on teeth and farrier
Will be in for a tune up as of April 1st
Showings and videos will be available then

Individual ads will be done up once I get them in and get to know them better myself
