In my humble opinion, pea shoots are made for oriental food 🤤 fried wontons, gyoza, pho, ramen, stir fry, sushi... gosh they are a match made in heaven 😍🌱

How many times has this happened to you:

You've just indulged in a massive meal at an oriental buffet, you are stuffed to the brim and about to pop the button your pants... it can't be just me!

But then only 2-3 short hours later, you feel ready to eat again? 🤯

It has nothing to do with the quantity of food you just ate, but everything to do with the QUALITY of what you just ate 😉

Your body is hungry for the things that it needs and uses to keep you at optimal performance.

Eating food with "empty calories" will ultimately leave us feeling .. empty 🙃

We don't do pizza without microgreens anymore 😉🌱 grown in my spare room, these greens were freshly harvested and immediately used in a homemade pizza! Your family can have top quality nutrient dense food at your fingertips! More convenient to grow than mature plants, and healthier than mature plants!

Even if you want to ignore the significant healing properties within them, the mere benefit of eating food that wasn't commercially bathed in chemicals is a big enough plus me!

A delcious and nutrient dense brunch here today!

On the menu is a soft tortilla wrap spread with fresh salsa, filled with cheesy scrambled eggs, and topped with some powerful radish microgreens!

A portion of protein and antioxidant rich sunflower sprouts on the side makes this is a very filling and satisfying meal 🤤

Okay but how beautiful is this one! I've never seen one so marbled before 😍 just getting this weeks crops harvested for deliveries and pick ups! I love finding the albinos but this one was super cool to find!
