Finally I'm ready to get back out with my ogs this week! I'm easing back to it with smaller groups... I'll be in touch with my lovely clients separately. In the meantime, please let me know if you require any walks this Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

**update**

I am working hard on my recovery and keeping active within the means of listening to my body and it's capabilities at the minute. Driving can be a stressor and sleep is very much interrupted due to sciatic pain.. But each day is a small improvement and with the different treatments and visiting my osteopath, I know I can beat this and he back as soon as I can.

I just ask my client's to please bare with me.. I won't be too long I hope 🙏💪🐾

I had a super little helper with me today. Our Dillon came to help me with the pups and we explored somewhere different, under the shaded trees and took a look at that amazing view!

The pups found some places for a cooling dip and chased eachother around the woods. Dill was an expert ball thrower too!

Thursday's afternoon walk was spent hanging around the shaded area, zoomies then chill then repeat... and a rare sit down for me, where I was showered with smiley cuddles from . So lovely! 🙏🐾😍

Summer Solstice served us up with the most beautiful sunshine and blue skies.. enough to lift us out of a cloud and into the present on the longest day of the year. I felt grateful to be wondering along our coast with these dogs who were loving a sea dip, a run through the waves and a back rub in the sand 🙏🐾🌞

I love my Wednesday afternoon 2 hour walks along the coast... to grab a coffee half way. Really does break up my week nicely and just allows me to breathe! I had a lovely helper today too, who was amazing with the dogs and excellent ball thrower! Thanks Bails 🙏
