Can anyone order us a couple bags of this food on our Amazon wish list for Hershey I really can’t afford to buy her the food that she eats. this is a great way for you to support the rescue. Our trainer will be using this kibble for her training when she goes with her next month while I have surgery. This would help me out tremendously if we could get her a couple bags of food.

Our rescue is currently drowning in itself as well, but when someone who supports us so much on a daily basis, not to mention, her partner is donating her organ to save ALEXIS‘s life!!! WE JUST HAD TO SHARE THIS! Ivy works at a very well-known hospital for animals in Los Angeles FULL TIME. She is also going to school FULL TIME to become an amazing veterinarian. She is someone that I really look up to and admire not only because she cares about every single animal that she comes into contact with but she is the best friend that I couldn’t even dream of having. Every single time I’ve had to be hospitalized this year which is over 10 times Ivy has dropped everything and helped me with not only my personal dogs but all the dogs in the rescue. I would literally not be here today if it wasn’t for her and her partner Sam. We’ve become so close these last couple years and I really think she needs help right now as one of her personal animals is struggling towards the end of her life. If I know anyone who deserves the help it would be them. Could anyone throw a couple dollars or help Ivy pay for her cats hospitalization bill at the hospital right now she’s $1000 short and I know we can help her. if I have the money, I would give it to her in a heartbeat, but I dont! I just know that we can all come together and help her out right now. I will post the link to her Venmo in our stories, but I also posted a picture of it here.🙏🏼🥰

Since we got completely screwed over by someone we had originally hired to help fix our fence in the yard. This is the best price that we have found so far with materials included and labor. Normally I would cover this no questions asked if I had the money myself, but I don’t. I barely have enough for myself this week and to feed my own personal dogs let alone pay for things that I’ve already paid for the first time to get done properly. if anyone would like to help us with this cost, we would be so grateful as it would keep our foster dogs that Foster safe at the house when we don’t have a foster step up I am the last resort and right now I need the help to fix our fence.I am begging for someone to help us. I really need to get this fixed ASAP.

It’s with a heavy heart that we will have to close our rescue until we have some money in our accounts. We have dogs needing vet appointments this week for blood work spay and neuter and Bailey’s ear surgery but no funds. With not much coming in and so much getting paid out, it’s just too much for our small but mighty rescue. We will have to use this time to prep everyone for when alexis goes for transplant surgery so she can recover without stressing about the vet bills for the dogs. With $700 still being owed at another vet, and this weeks vet appointments needing to be covered PLUS hersheys remaining $1700.00 for training needed, we just can’t help any other dogs in the meanwhile. Alexis has taken out credit cards that are completely full still in her name to help pay the vets since payments due at time of service and can’t keep doing that. UPDATE! We usually update on stories but we also wanted to post so everyone who asked knows the good news! The dog got to the emergency vet and were told went to another rescue! Thank god cuz we can’t even find fosters for some of our healthy dogs let alone help this dog at the moment!🥺 they medicated her and they put that bandage on her to give her support so that her foot would not be moving too much to be able to travel! We were able to provide temporary relief and safety for this dog because of your guys generosity and love ❤️ even though we can’t help every dog it made me so happy to be able to help in this dire situation so thanks to everyone! 🫶🏼

Just when I was signing on Facebook to turn my notifications off because I am in need of a break obviously from Rescue until after surgery I get this notice from Nancy our friend in Mexico. She needs to get him to a vet and I made it very clear to her that I cannot help the dog in Los Angeles right now at the moment but I can sure as I can get him to the vet hopefully if people donate so I’m asking once again if anyone feels compelled to help this poor sweet boy, please do so and go to our donation link in our bio to help him. I have no idea how much the Vet Mexico will charge for this, but I figure it will be significantly less for the time being than it would be for something like this year. Obviously, we just want to get him comfortable and figure out what’s going on as best we can. even though we’re not the biggest fans of any of our Dogs Mexico and we do the bare minimum there for many reasons this guy needs help right away help thank God he stumbled across who wouldn’t just walk across him and leave him die on the street like this in pain because many people would 🥺😩😩😩

We have raised $45 in our account but we neeeeeed more guys, Bailey can’t go for surgery unless we have at least half the funds by 5 more days from now! I’m doing all I can but I have life saving kidney surgery in less than 30 days! I still need at least one foster and nobody’s applied or reached out! Please guys we need the help now I cannot send a frenchie to outdoor boarding, I also can’t afford boarding for a friendly dog right now that just doesn’t even make sense to me! We have to save every penny to vet these kids! That’s not even asking for their spay and neuter surgery costs😩 pls even if u send $1! It all adds up! If we call sent $1 we would have over $7k to get everyone healthy! Pls help me help these dogs so I can relax and heal from kidney transplant surgery!!! I can’t even believe we are saying this!❤️‍🩹🙏🏼

Guys Hershey needs an impact crate, we wish she had a foster with no other dogs but nobody’s stepped up for her.
I am ok for now to foster her myself but I have to keep her and MY DOGS safe! Recently she has broke out of the two crates I had her in and the outcome was me having to break up a dog fight. This can’t happen guys, not in my state of health! When I go for transplant I have no idea how we will cover her training, I’m so stressed about it. We only have one week covered and I need her to go somewhere while I recover for at least 30 days! (Her training is $700 a week) The impact crates we looked up range from $700-$1100.00 and she needs one guys! If I can’t keep her or my dogs safe at my house then what am I even doing!? I’m determined to find her a home where she feels safe and isn’t stressed around other dogs but in the meantime she needs an impact crate. were the two we have been looking at! If anyone has one they’d lend Hershey we’d be so grateful but our goal would be to buy her one so whoever adopts her can have it to also keep her safe❤️ with only a little training and time Hershey has turned into a total different dog from the day she came to us! Gigi has a big day at the vet tomorrow! It’s been two years since we’ve have her she is definitely overdue for a dental and a blood panel to be sure she’s a healthy girl! Especially since we’re manifesting a badass home for her in the near future! We aren’t exactly sure how much her bill will be tomorrow in total but we will update this post as soon as we find out! Thank you guys so much for always showing our dogs so much support especially dogs like Gigi that I’ve been with us for so long. It really does help us when we get the support covering that bills for Dogs like Gigi and the Rescue, so THANK YOU❤️

Guys we need to help someone who gives there all to dogs every single day every second of the day to dogs, helping dogs, advocating for the voiceless! Risks her life FOR DOGS!

It’s no secret we love to highlight amazing people who do amazing things ESPECIALLY for animals! So listen up!

In Mexico when our founder alexis was living there with the dogs early ho’ola start up days, she met NANCY. Nancy is a beautiful transgender woman who saves dogs at ANY COST! Especially the ones being mistreated. Alexis has seen her risk her life and even get physically harmed in saving these animals as she does so often it absolutely broke us and she’s been a close friend of ours ever since we’ve met her! I mean anyone who stands up to help animals in the way Nancy does is our kind of people!

Although Nancy doesn’t have the funds to help every dog she comes across. The truth is most of us don’t, we act and then worry later to save the animal! she finds these starved and abused and forgotten animals and then reaches out to rescues in the states in hopes that as a team the dog can find its way to the us for a happy ending!

It’s her birthday today and all she asked for was her vet bills paid for her dogs she has in Mexico right now! Nothing for her, FOR HER DOGS!🥺

and usually we’d be able to just pay it outright for her for a bday gift anyday but we to are struggling right now

If there anything u can give to Nancy donate to us and at the end of the weekend we’d like to send it to her and show u guys how much we’ve raised for her, right now her bills stand at $800.00 at the vet we’re told but anything helps

Alexis also will be sending a ton of supplies down for her that we’ve gathered over the past few weeks! So u have until Sunday to drop it off to van nuys! She will accept anything that’ll make it easier for her to keep her caring for and rescuing dogs going! ESP dog food!!!

This is some thing I get asked almost weekly from my friends in Mexico who take care of a lot of dogs some dogs we can help in the rescue and some of them I don’t have Fosters for but nonetheless they still need food because they don’t have the money to feed the dogs that they care for. We try to send food as often as we can when we have it but right now we don’t if there’s anyone who wants to donate some money for food I can buy a bag at Costco for $23 so that would sponsor one bag of food if anyone would like to do that please donate today and I can send it down next week in the supply car going to Mexico. Rice cake was such a brave girl at the vet the other day she got her cherry eye fixed and is now spayed and ready for her forever home. How has no one applied for this little cutie patootie? She has a lot of energy for a small dog, but can also relax and chill with you at home. What’s better than that and she loves loves loves to play with bigger dogs. She loves the outdoors and is having the best time with her Fosters in the woods on a ranch! But she deserves a home of her own guys! Let’s find her that home!❤️ link in bio! Aloha everyone just so grateful and happy to be able to wake up every day to your guises sweet messages for me to get well. It really does keep me going when I see photos that you tagged me in with your dog that you adopted from us or any dog for that matter because dogs make me happy and Dogs is what brings me into this community with you guys that also are crazy about dogs. WHY I repeat WHY has nobody stepped up for this girl Hershey!😩

She has not even 1 application and needs a foster while I go for surgery soon!!

Unless we miraculously find a boarding sponsor for her with our trainer🥺which isn’t ideal but if push comes to shove we’ll have no option! (That’s $80 a day) and I’ll need her at boarding for at least a month!

She’s the sweetest girl once she trusts and likes you. She is a typical bulldog and falls deep in love with hoomans quickly

✅and absolutely loves hiking or park days💕

Gets along with most submissive type males. But Hershey is a picky girl! otherwise she’d rather be an only-dog! She is looking for a foster asap that can help her decompress!

I hate people im sorry but when ur dogs start to have seizures you go to ur vet and get them medication so the seizures are controlled🥹 U DO NOT DUMP THEM! URGENT FOSTERS NEEDED!
It’s not sustainable or even possible for these three adoptable cuties to go into boarding at a kennel while I go for my kidney transplant soon, they are all such sweet dogs…. I urgently need fosters for these three asap so I can heal properly and come back stronger than ever, pls help me and step up to foster!🙏🏼 I’m panicking the closer it gets and I need people now. Please! Fostering would be for at least 30-45 days once u go in for surgery you will have a person on the ho’ola team to help guide u through anything you need while fostering, we provide all food vet appointments and supplies you’d need!
