Adapt and overcome. Had a bit of malfunction with the New Holland this past week and the John Deere had to step up to get the job done until the other one was figured out.

2024 calving comes to an end. With a little girl who needed her grand entrance with her first time mom. So happy with this year’s calving. No issues and 100% had their babies.

Today is a better day than ever to announce a new addition to the Parulski family.
Braecrest Olympia ‘Lia’ has made her way into our hearts from the moment she was born. Out of Braecrest Katness sired by Otamendi.
She is the full sibling of Braecrest Odair ‘Finn’ our late c**t.
She reminds us so much of him but has her very own unique attitude and look as well.
Thank you so much Claire at Braecrest Farm - Warmblood Sport Horse Breeding and Training for this special little girl.

5 more calves born in the last 60 ish hours. All steers. Getting us to a total of 13 done with 5 girls and 8 boys. Excited to see what the last couple look like.

Baby number 8 born today and it’s a boy! Now half girls and half boys.

It has been a busy past couple days. Tuesday we had a black heifer. Yesterday we had two large steers and today another steer. Our count is up to 7 total with 4 girls and 3 boys. Everyone is happy and healthy.

It is with great sadness that a part of my heart left me. Finn my special boy passed away February 14th. Even though we only had each other for a short time the impression on my heart was great and never to be filled by another. Rest in peace my little one.

Today we made the hard decision of letting go of Jasper. Our beloved family member and farm protector. The almost 14 years of having him he never stopped keeping us on our toes. Now he is across the rainbow bridge to spend time with the family with two and four legs, and eat everything he wants.

I’m ecstatic to announce that Braecrest Odair ‘Finn’ has surpassed all my expectations at The Royal Nov 11, 2023.
He won CSHA Grand Champion! Started with the Presidents cup for 2023 foal, then the Junior Champion, and finished with overall Grand Champion.
Hearing from everyone that they don’t recall a weanling wining the Grand Champion at the Royal all these years made it so much more special.
There were many firsts that have happened and all the hard work and time paid off. My first ever foal, showing in hand, and showing at The Royal.
I’m very grateful for all the help I got from Claire, Lisa and the Braecrest farm family. Also, for all the support from family, friends and Ashland farm to do this.

Baby number 12. And it’s another…. Boy. Girls and boys are tied 6 to 6.

Baby boy number 11 was born 3 days ago. Heart didn’t have him in the best spot to be born. He’s now running around with the other calves.

Look at the difference of build between MJ (40) and Izzy (41). They are 2.5 weeks apart in age. MJ has a more lean look vs the muscular build that Izzy has.

The heifers were let out today to the grass fields after being in the barn all winter. They have lots of fresh grass to munch on now.

Welcome baby number 7 Lylla. Fun fact about her is both her mom and dad have no white markings. She was born with white on her forehead, belly and tip of her tail.
