🙌 A Big Thank You to All of You! 🙌🐾

We’ve come to the difficult decision to step away from dog breeding. It’s been an incredible journey, one we embarked upon unexpectedly but grew to love deeply. We’re proud to have built an ethical breeding program, and are grateful for the trust you all placed in us when choosing your fur-baby!

All current boarding reservations will be honored as planned but we will no longer be offering that service going forward. Though we’ll miss the excitement of new puppies, we’re looking forward to the next chapter of our lives. Thank you all for your understanding and for your unwavering support over the years. - ❤️ Colleen

***ADOPTED*** Morning walks with this sweet boy!
Bean is a multi-generational Australian labradoodle & ready to shower you with love and affection!

💪 HEALTH CHECKED: Mr. Bean is in excellent health, with all necessary vaccinations. You won’t have to worry about hidden health issues. Both of his parents are multigenerational as well and have had x-rays, DNA, eye, heart and health testing done.

🐶 Basic Training is under way!
Mr. Bean is housebroken, understands basic commands, is crate-trained, and walks on a leash. He will need to have boundaries reinforced but he’s very treat motivated which will make those boundaries much easier!

🌍 ETHICALLY RAISED: We stand for ethical practices. Rest assured, Mr. Bean has been well cared for and not from a puppy mill. We started out breeding dogs for the single purpose of providing therapeutic dogs for children with special needs. Our puppies have all received one on one time, attention and affection from birth!

🏡 EASY ADOPTION: Bean will be going home with his own crate, vet records, bag of food, collar and leash, 90 day supply of heartworm and flea and tick prevention medication.

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION!!! Say hello to Mr. Bean! He's not just any puppy – he's a true southern gentleman in dog form! Born on April 1st, 2022, he's a multigenerational Australian Labradoodle who weighs 26 pounds. Just one look at his green eyes and soft, wavy, plush coat, and you'll be smitten.

What's Mr. Bean like, you ask? Well, he's a people-dog through and through. He adores hanging out with other dogs, and he's a bundle of energy. Give him a rubber or plush toy, and he's all set for playtime. Fetch is his absolute favorite!

When it comes to training, Mr. Bean has 'sit', 'lay down', and 'wait' down pat – especially if there's a yummy treat involved. Bean adores his daily walks and truly shines as a companion puppy. His idea of a perfect day includes leisurely walks and hours spent next to you, soaking up all the belly rubs and love you can give.

In terms of manners, once he's settled into his new home, he knows where he should and shouldn't go. He sometimes gets a little carried away when he's excited and might mouth playfully, but he's gentle and never bites. A simple "no" is all it takes for him to calm down. This is typical puppy behavior so his new person will need to reinforce his good manners. He's still a bit jumpy when greeting people and likes to put his paws up on them to say, “hello”.

Bean is going to his new home housebroken and crate trained! No messy business with this boy.

One effective training tip to get your dog to stop jumping is to teach them an alternative behavior, such as "sit" or "down," and reward them for performing that behavior instead of jumping. Here's how you can do it:

Start by teaching your dog the "sit" or "down" command using positive reinforcement. Reward your dog with a treat or praise every time they successfully perform the behavior.

Once your dog is comfortable with the command, start practicing it in situations where they may be tempted to jump, such as when you come home or when greeting visitors.

As soon as your dog starts to jump, give them the command to sit or down and reward them immediately when they perform the desired behavior.

Be consistent with this training and make sure that everyone who interacts with your dog follows the same protocol. With enough practice, your dog will learn that sitting or lying down is the appropriate behavior when greeting people, rather than jumping.

Remember to be patient and consistent with your training, as it may take some time for your dog to fully understand and consistently respond to the alternative behavior. Additionally, make sure to reward your dog for good behavior consistently and use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage the desired behavior.

🌷 🌷 🌷 Spring is in full swing and with it comes the need to take extra precautions when it comes to our furry friends! As we start to tackle our lawns with fresh pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers, it's important to keep our pups safe. Did you know that exposure to fresh pesticides can cause harm to your little ones health? We recommend keeping your puppy off a freshly treated lawn for at least 48-72 hours. During this time, be sure to take them on walks or to a nearby dog park instead!

Did you know we perform Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) on all of our puppies? ENS involves a series of gentle exercises to help stimulate a puppy's neurological system during a critical period of development. We perform ENS day 3 to day 16 of puppies life. This can lead to improved health, increased resilience, and a more confident demeanor in adult dogs. At Carolina Pup Co, we believe in giving our puppies the best possible start in life, and ENS is just one of the ways we do that.

🐾🐶💖 We absolutely love Australian Labradoodles, and one of the reasons why is because of their amazing personalities. These dogs are known for being incredibly friendly and sociable, which makes them a joy to be around. They were originally bred to be hypoallergenic 🌷🌸🌻 service dogs🐾💙🐾, so their temperament was carefully selected to be people-friendly. That's why they're often described as being loving, loyal, and easy to train. I also think it's wonderful how great they are with children, making them excellent family pets. Not to mention, their soft, curly coats and teddy-bear-like appearance make them absolutely adorable and impossible to resist. If you're looking for a furry companion with a heart of gold, you can't go wrong with an Australian Labradoodle!

🐾❤️ One of the best things about the Australian Labradoodle breed is their non-shedding coat, which makes them a great choice for people with allergies and asthma.
Their hypoallergenic coat is a result of their unique breeding with Poodles when the line was first started back in the 1980’s.
