Good Evening,

It has been over a year now since the small claims court hearing, you know, the one that Walsh claimed was going to be held in the High Court and collected £26,000 of peoples money for a case that would have been £50 to get a court hearing. So Walsh pocketed at least £25,000 of the people he lied to monies. How does that sit with everyone? We tried to warn everyone, he has a track record for collecting money for a case then moving on, and we are still awaiting the police to come to our doors as he claimed they would be doing. We feel sick about he stealing all this money, he knew for months of the costs but lied time and time again, why? All he ever wanted was money, do you hear of him now, or the silly women that hung on his every word?

He lied and took money that he knew was not needed, he mocked people that questioned him, but more importantly he took money from people that could not afford it, they thought they were helping get a dog back. It has been a year now, no challenge of the decision, no judge has been sacked, do you know why? Because it was all one big scam for money, as we predicted. The final hearing was in Small Claims Court, costs a couple of hundred pounds to bring it to SMALL CLAIMS COURT, not the thousands Paypal Paddy have everyone believe and fund raised like mad for. Paddy got his pay off, the question is, did he share the thousands with Walter or did he pocket the lot? Nice little earner for Paddy, oh and we are still waiting for the police or facebook, another lie. All the poor people conned out of money, some gave him thousands, what a swindle.

Good Evening Everyone, its been three months since the judgement that Nutella stays with her adoptive family 👏, we did say from day one that the case would go nowhere. All that money wasted, despite calls from Polo for the judge to be sacked, the judgement challenged etc. As for paypal paddy and his merry band of trolls, they have forgotten all about this now, conveniently walked away, moved onto the latest big thing, Marshall & Millions, the two dogs shot dead in London, where Ms Bryce is telling everyone shes ex police and how bad the met is, funny when she spent 19 years in the force, hmm bit of sour grapes there?

This admin team would like to thank you for your support throughout this, just sad we couldn’t open more eyes whist they opened your purses and raided them.

Good Evening Everyone. Well we predicted the outcome a year ago and told you Wally would play the hero.

Wally is pontificating for his life to get maximum hero status, even though he failed again.

His memory is failing him it seems. He claims the rescue said that his group were harassing the rescues patron and he was sent a lawyers letter from the rescue trying to silence the group

He stated “I spent £600 of my own money with my own lawyer to defend the group”

Stop telling such porkies Wally. You previously said on the group, a long time ago, and we quote;

“The Nennella group is well moderated and nothing bad is allowed and yet I’m being sued.

ADM have employed a lawyer to sue me about the comments on the group I admin.

I’m being sued personally because ADM are saying I’m allowing nasty comments in the Facebook group.”

Yes that’s right Wally you did get a letter concerning your lack of moderating the members comments attacking all and sundry on the group.

Details of the attacks you allowed were shown to the Judge in the Royal Courts of Justice in London in front of the KC Cathryn McGahey.

Oh one last thing…..did this £600 of your “own” money you claim you spent….or did it come out of the BYPH business bank account?

Another invoice we doubt your group members will ever see. 🤔

Furthermore, we all know there is no such thing as BYPH.org, thats just another Wally attempt to look legitimate. It takes you straight to a FaceBook page.

Funny that……… a volunteer being the recipient of money into a business account in his name!

As you will see the screen shot shows BYPH.org is registered to a business, not a person. Why not have the money go straight to solicitors if that is what it is supposed to be for.
No wonder he used to get angry, deflect and block people who asked questions about how much was in the pot.

Good After everyone, hope you are well, today we bring you why we think the case failed.

Bring Nennella Home

Well that’s another failed Bring Your Pet Home case done and dusted, to add to the every increasing numbers of failed cases on Wally’s Bring Your Pet Home.

Lies get the money in…..but don’t stand up in court.

Our sympathies lie with Walter, another victim of Ace Venturer who promises to get pets back, but just leads them on a merry dance of heartache for months maybe years, in his attempts to get glory.

There’s one thing for sure….all these ex owners should have been warned that if you want to challenge ownership, do it the right way, speak to someone legally to see if you have a genuine case and present the full facts.
Avoid these amateurs on Facebook who don’t know what they are doing, just talk the talk, avoid months and years of heart ache and broken dreams believing in some chancer.

For someone who claims to be a volunteer and yet has money going into a business bank account, why does it not go straight into the solicitors bank, why does a volunteer need a business account, registered charities have no problem getting a normal account, but he is no charity.

Bring Nennella Home

Well it’s still rolling in the comments with the hate campaign against the innocent parties all instigated now by Ms Cobbett and Ms Polonowski, Ms Rohan getting involved too, quite frankly her comments are laughable, she’s hasn’t got a clue and just repeats the lies of the other two.

Now you will remember those two names from the other scam groups under the Bring your pet Home title.
And you should rember these two causing harassment to the innocent adopter of Taz

Remember Taz ?

He was the dog dumped by an owner, when her boyfriend went to jail for drug dealing that got rehomed to a good family through a rescue.
But the owner a year later when back with her boyfriend out of jail decided she wanted the dog back and PW set up Bring Taz Home on the lie the owner had just asked a relative to look after the dog for a temporary time.

Of course in jumped Ms Cobbett and Ms Polonowski in support of their hero PW and whipped up a frenzy of harassment.
Here’s the screenshot of the adopter begging Ms Cobbett to leave them alone.

So it should come as no surprise that these two are again spreading lies, and causing harassment on Bring Nennella Home to innocent parties.

These two ladies are very salty shall we put it that we show their behaviour up on here and claim it is harassment, forgetting the irony it is them that are harassing innocent people.

It’s a cult of lies and misdirection and harassment against the innocent.
Take note who is whipping up the harassment, the same people who block and abuse anyone asking an innocent question, anyone asking about money, and are always pushing for donations.

Bring Nennella Home

So after last nights little, shall we say diversion tactic, from Ms “Did you donate” Cobbett ,to try to avoid anyone questioning in their own minds the lies told on Bring Nennella Home, she has decided to go full tilt with more lies.

So let’s switch back again shall we to you attacking the rescue again today, that the judge deemed innocent in the Royal Courts of Justice last year, after they held Nennella for many weeks, after Walter could not be bothered to come back from Italy to look for his dog for several weeks.

Now as anyone reading here will know, for the purposes of the NPO, because of GDPR they were not allowed to divulge the adopters names.
They were legally summoned to go to the Royal Courts of Justice.
That is what payment of £9600 was for.Refund of their legal fees that they incurred as an innocent party.
Let’s us not also forget that Walter was nearly an hour late for court that would have bumped up legal fees.
No profit
No blackmail
No nice little earner that you are intent on twisting it into Ms “Did you donate” Cobbett.

And of course there was no £20 000 requested by the rescue.
Now did you make this up or is it some story Walsh told you and you hang off his every word (lie).

Oh dear also joined in her lies by the brain box Ms Rohan.

Good Morning Everyone, this morning we have one of the biggest revelations for you, absolutely disgusting. So Walter went to court and lost Nutella again, however, Paypal Paddy was telling everyone it was in the High Court of London, it wasn’t. It was in Edmunton and not the high court but THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT! Caught out again lying Paddy! So lets do the figures shall we? So far collected £27k for this “case”, £9,600 for the npo, remember his “mate” QC acted pro bono, free. So £17,400 left yes? Now the hearing on 20th February 2023 was held in the small claims court, Haringey was first then the adopters. As you can see from the picture below, the fees would have less than £500, so wheres the other nearly £17k? You didnt need a solicitor or a translator in court, thats was Paddys idea but could not has cost nearly £17k as QC was pro bono again so £16k solicitors fees? I really don’t think so Paddy! All your bluster about High Court was just one big fat lie, to get your money in his account. All the knocked up invoices, with names etc blotted out, shameful, all about money all this time, not getting Nutella back. Tell me Walter, why did you go along with this scam? No wonder Paddys gone to ground, counting all your money……………

Bring Nennella Home

Well we knew people would start waking up to the lies and misdirections on Bring Nennella Home, just didn’t think it would be this quick.

Obviously several already have.

Now as you know Walter did not come back from Italy to look for his dog when she ran off, he said it himself in the video he posted, nearly a month after Nennella ran off, along the lines of he is back now…ie not before.
A lady has just asked about that on Bring Nennella Home and quickly that idea was shot down by Ms Cobbett.

The lady then went on to ask about donations collected.
As we have always said, there is no transparency on either donations received or payments made.

Well read for yourself the screenshots attached.

Now obviously when someone wakes up on Bring Nennella Home and sees through the lies, they are then blocked and comments removed.You have to keep the lies…sorry the story being believed to get money out of people.

As you will have seen in the past Ms Cobbett and Ms Polonowski are sweetness and light when they are trying to get people to believe the fairytales made up by PW, when they are relentlessly trying to get people to donate, however that quickly changes when people see through the lies and misdirections.

Well it looks like the twins can’t get hold of PW to get this lady blocked.
So have quickly put up a new post to distract from the comments made by this lady that is doubtful.

Well it’s all gone a bit quiet recently.
As we said with PW, lies get the money in but they don’t stand up in court.
So that’s over £20 000 that he has had out of the elderly donators on Bring Nennella Home that was wasted.

Of course when the page is operated as a cult, and anyone seeing through the lies is blocked and their comments removed, then it is a bit of an echo chamber of lies and misdirections.
Sadly those that are part of that cult are going through a wailing ceremony, with verbal attacks against the innocent parties.
Now it is supposed to be a support group for Walter, that’s the excuse PW always posted when anyone queried the lies, unfortunately PW allows the aggressive harassment on there of innocent parties,indeed he encourages it, gets the money in you see.

Now the little matter of Magnus the dog killed in 15 minutes of PW’s care as a dog walker, that he was found liable for by the sheriff, but refuses to tell the owners what happened, refuses to personally admit responsibility, well PW is busy trying to cover that up, scared it will ruin his dog walking income.

So as more and more people are seeing through him, he’s very busy at the moment on damage limitation exercises.
