Good Evening Everyone, its been three months since the judgement that Nutella stays with her adoptive family 👏, we did say from day one that the case would go nowhere. All that money wasted, despite calls from Polo for the judge to be sacked, the judgement challenged etc. As for paypal paddy and his merry band of trolls, they have forgotten all about this now, conveniently walked away, moved onto the latest big thing, Marshall & Millions, the two dogs shot dead in London, where Ms Bryce is telling everyone shes ex police and how bad the met is, funny when she spent 19 years in the force, hmm bit of sour grapes there?

This admin team would like to thank you for your support throughout this, just sad we couldn’t open more eyes whist they opened your purses and raided them.

Good Evening Everyone. Well we predicted the outcome a year ago and told you Wally would play the hero.

Wally is pontificating for his life to get maximum hero status, even though he failed again.

His memory is failing him it seems. He claims the rescue said that his group were harassing the rescues patron and he was sent a lawyers letter from the rescue trying to silence the group

He stated “I spent £600 of my own money with my own lawyer to defend the group”

Stop telling such porkies Wally. You previously said on the group, a long time ago, and we quote;

“The Nennella group is well moderated and nothing bad is allowed and yet I’m being sued.

ADM have employed a lawyer to sue me about the comments on the group I admin.

I’m being sued personally because ADM are saying I’m allowing nasty comments in the Facebook group.”

Yes that’s right Wally you did get a letter concerning your lack of moderating the members comments attacking all and sundry on the group.

Details of the attacks you allowed were shown to the Judge in the Royal Courts of Justice in London in front of the KC Cathryn McGahey.

Oh one last thing…..did this £600 of your “own” money you claim you spent….or did it come out of the BYPH business bank account?

Another invoice we doubt your group members will ever see. 🤔

Furthermore, we all know there is no such thing as BYPH.org, thats just another Wally attempt to look legitimate. It takes you straight to a FaceBook page.

Funny that……… a volunteer being the recipient of money into a business account in his name!

As you will see the screen shot shows BYPH.org is registered to a business, not a person. Why not have the money go straight to solicitors if that is what it is supposed to be for.
No wonder he used to get angry, deflect and block people who asked questions about how much was in the pot.

Bring Nennella Home

Well that’s another failed Bring Your Pet Home case done and dusted, to add to the every increasing numbers of failed cases on Wally’s Bring Your Pet Home.

Lies get the money in…..but don’t stand up in court.

Our sympathies lie with Walter, another victim of Ace Venturer who promises to get pets back, but just leads them on a merry dance of heartache for months maybe years, in his attempts to get glory.

There’s one thing for sure….all these ex owners should have been warned that if you want to challenge ownership, do it the right way, speak to someone legally to see if you have a genuine case and present the full facts.
Avoid these amateurs on Facebook who don’t know what they are doing, just talk the talk, avoid months and years of heart ache and broken dreams believing in some chancer.

For someone who claims to be a volunteer and yet has money going into a business bank account, why does it not go straight into the solicitors bank, why does a volunteer need a business account, registered charities have no problem getting a normal account, but he is no charity.

Well it’s still rolling in the comments with the hate campaign against the innocent parties all instigated now by Ms Cobbett and Ms Polonowski, Ms Rohan getting involved too, quite frankly her comments are laughable, she’s hasn’t got a clue and just repeats the lies of the other two.

Now you will remember those two names from the other scam groups under the Bring your pet Home title.
And you should rember these two causing harassment to the innocent adopter of Taz

Remember Taz ?

He was the dog dumped by an owner, when her boyfriend went to jail for drug dealing that got rehomed to a good family through a rescue.
But the owner a year later when back with her boyfriend out of jail decided she wanted the dog back and PW set up Bring Taz Home on the lie the owner had just asked a relative to look after the dog for a temporary time.

Of course in jumped Ms Cobbett and Ms Polonowski in support of their hero PW and whipped up a frenzy of harassment.
Here’s the screenshot of the adopter begging Ms Cobbett to leave them alone.

So it should come as no surprise that these two are again spreading lies, and causing harassment on Bring Nennella Home to innocent parties.

These two ladies are very salty shall we put it that we show their behaviour up on here and claim it is harassment, forgetting the irony it is them that are harassing innocent people.

It’s a cult of lies and misdirection and harassment against the innocent.
Take note who is whipping up the harassment, the same people who block and abuse anyone asking an innocent question, anyone asking about money, and are always pushing for donations.

Bring Nennella Home

So after last nights little, shall we say diversion tactic, from Ms “Did you donate” Cobbett ,to try to avoid anyone questioning in their own minds the lies told on Bring Nennella Home, she has decided to go full tilt with more lies.

So let’s switch back again shall we to you attacking the rescue again today, that the judge deemed innocent in the Royal Courts of Justice last year, after they held Nennella for many weeks, after Walter could not be bothered to come back from Italy to look for his dog for several weeks.

Now as anyone reading here will know, for the purposes of the NPO, because of GDPR they were not allowed to divulge the adopters names.
They were legally summoned to go to the Royal Courts of Justice.
That is what payment of £9600 was for.Refund of their legal fees that they incurred as an innocent party.
Let’s us not also forget that Walter was nearly an hour late for court that would have bumped up legal fees.
No profit
No blackmail
No nice little earner that you are intent on twisting it into Ms “Did you donate” Cobbett.

And of course there was no £20 000 requested by the rescue.
Now did you make this up or is it some story Walsh told you and you hang off his every word (lie).

Oh dear also joined in her lies by the brain box Ms Rohan.

Good Morning Everyone, this morning we have one of the biggest revelations for you, absolutely disgusting. So Walter went to court and lost Nutella again, however, Paypal Paddy was telling everyone it was in the High Court of London, it wasn’t. It was in Edmunton and not the high court but THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT! Caught out again lying Paddy! So lets do the figures shall we? So far collected £27k for this “case”, £9,600 for the npo, remember his “mate” QC acted pro bono, free. So £17,400 left yes? Now the hearing on 20th February 2023 was held in the small claims court, Haringey was first then the adopters. As you can see from the picture below, the fees would have less than £500, so wheres the other nearly £17k? You didnt need a solicitor or a translator in court, thats was Paddys idea but could not has cost nearly £17k as QC was pro bono again so £16k solicitors fees? I really don’t think so Paddy! All your bluster about High Court was just one big fat lie, to get your money in his account. All the knocked up invoices, with names etc blotted out, shameful, all about money all this time, not getting Nutella back. Tell me Walter, why did you go along with this scam? No wonder Paddys gone to ground, counting all your money……………

Bring Nennella Home

Well we knew people would start waking up to the lies and misdirections on Bring Nennella Home, just didn’t think it would be this quick.

Obviously several already have.

Now as you know Walter did not come back from Italy to look for his dog when she ran off, he said it himself in the video he posted, nearly a month after Nennella ran off, along the lines of he is back now…ie not before.
A lady has just asked about that on Bring Nennella Home and quickly that idea was shot down by Ms Cobbett.

The lady then went on to ask about donations collected.
As we have always said, there is no transparency on either donations received or payments made.

Well read for yourself the screenshots attached.

Now obviously when someone wakes up on Bring Nennella Home and sees through the lies, they are then blocked and comments removed.You have to keep the lies…sorry the story being believed to get money out of people.

As you will have seen in the past Ms Cobbett and Ms Polonowski are sweetness and light when they are trying to get people to believe the fairytales made up by PW, when they are relentlessly trying to get people to donate, however that quickly changes when people see through the lies and misdirections.

Well it looks like the twins can’t get hold of PW to get this lady blocked.
So have quickly put up a new post to distract from the comments made by this lady that is doubtful.

Well it’s all gone a bit quiet recently.
As we said with PW, lies get the money in but they don’t stand up in court.
So that’s over £20 000 that he has had out of the elderly donators on Bring Nennella Home that was wasted.

Of course when the page is operated as a cult, and anyone seeing through the lies is blocked and their comments removed, then it is a bit of an echo chamber of lies and misdirections.
Sadly those that are part of that cult are going through a wailing ceremony, with verbal attacks against the innocent parties.
Now it is supposed to be a support group for Walter, that’s the excuse PW always posted when anyone queried the lies, unfortunately PW allows the aggressive harassment on there of innocent parties,indeed he encourages it, gets the money in you see.

Now the little matter of Magnus the dog killed in 15 minutes of PW’s care as a dog walker, that he was found liable for by the sheriff, but refuses to tell the owners what happened, refuses to personally admit responsibility, well PW is busy trying to cover that up, scared it will ruin his dog walking income.

So as more and more people are seeing through him, he’s very busy at the moment on damage limitation exercises.

Oh dear Ms Field what is happening here.

Now we already know that you are “salty” about this page shall we say, as unfortunately we posted about your immoral harassment of an innocent adopter on Bring Taz Home.
You remember that, Taz dumped by an owner when her boyfriend went to prison for drug dealing, adopted out through rescue to a good family and then a year latter the old owner wanted the dog back.
Unfortunately no legal merit but PW set up another of his lying groups and despite being told by several Ms Field that it was all lies you joined in on the harassment of that innocent adopter.
Let us refresh your memory
Here’s the screenshot the adopter set up in the name of her dog (Taz now renamed Cody) to request you stop causing her harassment or she would be referring to the police your harassment.
And then of course there is your spreading the lies of PW on Bring Nennella Home….we won’t even go into the fraudulent raising of money you did based on lies.
Oh don’t forget when you lied and harassed Doglost on the behalf of PW again.
Still continuing to post wrongly against them until last year even though they provided evidence in the Royal Courts of Justice in London that PW and the likes of yourself were in fact lying and they were innocent.

Which brings us onto current matters.
Now as shown on this page previously not only are you spreading lies of PW and causing harassment to innocent people even though you have been told they are lies, such is your backing of PW that you have also decided to back him over the little matter of Magnus.
You remember Magnus, the dog that received fatal injuries in the 15 minutes of care of PW that he refuses to tell the owners what happened, refuses to accept his negligence and has lied about the owners to try to cover his negligence.
Now one would think that surely is a level you would not sink to, backing the person responsible for their negligence that led to a dog dying.
Oh we were wrong you have.
Trying to dismiss the owners of Magnus of being money grabbers, not the actual victims who have lost their dog because of your hero’s negligence.
Oh we see you are interested to know did the owners find us or did we find them.
And why did it take 8 months after Magnus was killed that the RIP Beautiful Magnus page was set up.
Well we can answer the length of time between Magnus dying and the RIP Beautiful Magnus page being set up.
You see Martin the owner of Magnus is a very reasonable man.
But unfortunately PW isn’t and after 8 months of Martin patiently waiting and hoping PW would “Do the right thing” and still being ignored and fobbed off that is why RIP Beautiful Magnus was set up, after 8 months of stalling by PW.
Now we understand that you are unhappy that this page actually shows you up for what you are, but perhaps you could instead of questioning a victim of whether he found us or we found him, it might be a brighter idea if you were genuine if you actually questioned PW about this ”tragic freak accident” and what exactly was this tragic freak accident.

Seems word is getting round about PW and his nefarious business/charity/scam activities.
Thank you again for those contacting us and those that do, your identity will remain hidden with us.
Please pm the page, we really need to make as many people aware of his masquerading as an animal saviour (although no one could claim that after Magnus) and his pretending to be involved with stolen animals that are not stolen.
As you will see he picked up his money making idea locally quite a few years ago in his local area.Muscled his way in on a group, took over, pushed the idea of courts and fundraising.
Set up a fundraiser no transparency on donations or costs.
Group disbanded and Walsh kept the money.
Kerching must have been where he got the idea to carry on doing it and set up Bring Your Pet Home
Got to push the courts and legal aspect to get the PayPal set up.

This is the latest post on RIP Beautiful Magnus that shows some of the ways he tried to stop anyone finding out about Magnus dying in 15 minutes of his care and refusing to tell the owners what happened but instead tried to blame the owners.

Bring Nennella Home

As posted many times on here, it is so easy to extract money out of naive elderly donators who believe the lies told on Bring Nennella Home.
There were so many lies it’s difficult to know where to start.

Let’s go back to the alleged 2 day job interview the group claimed Walter went on the day Nennella ran off on the 21st September 2020.
Obviously that was a lie.
Walter was still abroad in Italy all the time and did not return to look for his dog that ran off.
Now it took Walter 5 or 6 days before he actually jumped into action from Italy, pm Doglost and posting on a few other groups and a couple of less than 5 minute phone calls to the dog warden.

So the claim that Walter did everything he could for 22 days to look for his dog was nonsense or should we say lies.

Now Walter when back in the country made a little video himself to be placed on the group.

Remember Nennella ran off on the 21st of September 2020.
He was still in Italy and did not return to England for nearly 3 weeks.

In his own words Walter says “Now I come back to home…I am in one place”
That’s on the 11th of October 2020.
3 weeks after his dog ran off.

He was abroad the whole time.Three whole weeks when Nennella ran off.
His only hope would have been through Dog lost, but after he contacted them from Italy the one and only time, they then could not get hold of him, he did not return their messages.

But of course the elderly donators will have missed this little discrepancy, that the whole thing has been based on lies and good people have paid money over based on those lies.
Money fraudulently extracted.

So finally Saint Paddy has been caught has dealings with this chancer a few years back when he made himself leader of the group the big cheese the big I am utter a@ but folk believed good old paddy I saw right thru him and lol and behold was made out to be bad Donna again on a search post he took over with his expert opinion dog still missing years later cause of his crap advice no too happy when a infra camera was sourced awe no funds raised shame utter disgrace a dead dog no answers folk need warned against this narcissistic chancer

Good Morning Everyone, well despite all the rumours that are being manufactured by Walsh and his fluffers, we have the truth here.

Court Update
Monday 20th February 2023
Bocchetti vs London Borough of Haringey Council

Following the above small claims hearing, the Judge ruled that the dog remains with its legal adopter.

There has been much speculation since the above hearing from a fb group run primarily by a person who has never met Mr Bocchetti nor attended the court hearing to support him.

The Council were not in attendance in court as Mr Bocchetti accepted a monetary settlement prior to the hearing.

The dog is not still the legal property of Mr B as stated by supporters of the aforementioned fb group. She belongs legally to her adopter / owner.

The dog is not microchipped chipped to the rescue (again as suggested by supporters of the fb group) she is microchipped to her legal owner.

Mr Bocchetti was awarded another monetary settlement by the Courts for emotional stress.

Having heard and considered witness statements and evidence from both parties, the Judge ruled in a court of law that the dog mains with her adopter (legal owner).

This has been a long and upsetting process for all concerned. However still the malicious comments towards the rescue, council, adopter, Doglost continue on the fb group from individuals (supporters) who are not directly involved in this matter.

We would like to thank those ex Bring Nennella Home supporters that have discreetly pm the page these last few days, don’t worry we will not be blasting your identity on here.

Safe to say we are sorry you did not find out sooner, we don’t blame you, you are victims in this as well, many others have been conned for years.
Nennella was not the first group of his set up on lies.

For those new to this page joining us from Bring Nennella Home know that this isn’t the first time he has done this.
There have been a dozen other groups.

Among them Bring Bella Home, a dog that was legitimately rehomed by an owner through a rescue.The owner did not want a family member to have their dog because of their alcohol and mental health problems.
Sadly PW got involved and lied about the situation, set up Bring Bella Home claimed the dog belonged to the family member, caused that much harassment to the innocent rescue that they folded to stop the harassment and removed the dog from the new adopter and gave it to the family member who had no claim to the dog.Of course true to form a PayPal was set up, money wasn’t needed and when one 80 year old asked what happened to her donation she was set upon in comments.

Then there is also Bring Taz Home
An owner left her dog unattended in the garden of a family member stating either you take the dog or I’m dumping it at a rescue, when her partner went to jail for drug dealing.
A year later when back with her partner out of jail she sees her dog online , that had been rehomed legally through a rescue to a good family.
PW again sets up another group Bring Taz Home based on lies, claiming the ex owner had only asked the family member to look after her dog temporarily.
Much harassment again to innocent adopter that only ended when the adopter fought back, put the truth online and the police got involved to warn against the adopter being harassed any more.

So know that if you are new to hearing that Bring Nennella Home is a scam, you aren’t the only one that has been conned.
It’s happened to many others, along the years.
Many innocent adopters and rescues have been wrongly targeted based on the lies and encouragement to cause harassment by one man and his group of followers….dare we say it a cult.
Many others have donated money they couldn’t really afford for stories that have been a complete pack of lies.

You will not be judged here for being taken in by a conman.It’s happened to the best of us.We just need to make as many people aware to stop others being misled and conned.

Bring Nennella Home

As you can imagine when a group of people have been lied to, had money extracted from them based on lies over a period of more than 2 years and things don’t go their way, they will lose their collective mind.
Lies get the money in but they don’t stand up in court.
Obviously PW is not going to admit he f up and led them all on a merry dance based on his lies.
They still believe the lies.
So this is now a damage limitation exercise for him to try to get glory, even though he failed….again.

It will be over the coming months and years one by one they will find out the truth that they were lied to, used and were just part of PW’s circus to get him glory.

Moral of the story
If your dog goes missing come back off holiday and don’t expect others to look for your unchipped dog when they run away, while you do very little.

If people who are competent like Doglost that you initially contacted, and are trying to contact you back but you are ignoring their communications then don’t blame your lack of staying in touch with those that can help.
It is most likely that had Walter reengaged with Doglost he would have got his dog back…..but he didn’t, he ignored the very people who could help him.

Don’t believe some shyster who promises you they will get your dog back, when all they will do is push lies and lead you on a merry dance for two years.

And for all those cross posters/ donators out there.
Know that if you see anything under the Bring Your Pet Home title, it will be based on a pack of lies, a total farce, steer clear, there are many genuine cases and people out there.
PW isn’t one of them.

We can confirm the dog known as Nennella is staying with the rightful owners, those that adopted her over two years ago when Walter could not be bothered to come back from Italy for several weeks to look for his dog after she ran off.

Lies get the money in, but they do not stand up in court and the adopters were able to show the lies told on Bring Nennella Home page where just that, lies.

Of course PW is still doing what he does best and is misdirecting and lying again.

A liar never succeeds, no matter how many believe the lies, they just end up digging themselves a bigger hole until they show themselves up for what they are.

A liar and a conman.

Well our last post caused a bit of a stink in the Nutella followers, they were outraged about the £10k donation that they didn’t make! Apparently ADM benefitted from it, heavens above, they cant half twist everything! Its wasn’t £10k for a start, it was £9,600, and the Judge awarded it to ADM as a struggling rescue to cover their legal fees as they was found innocent! If Paypal Paddy donated 1p to anyone it would make the news, let alone that kind of money. When pointed out to Emma Jayne Parker, she replied well they still benefitted? Obviously the £27k Paddy has collected means nothing to her, who benefits from that? Answers on a postcard to Ms Parker as obviously her rose tinted glasses need replacing.

No further news ….however, there have been some marvellous comments on the page by those trying to cast doubt on the innocent parties.
In these screenshots the innocent rescue who did everything by the book sadly are being targeted again.

Of course those commenting who have pushed the lies and misdirections of Walsh are trying to claim that because they allege they haven’t seen any…cough….that it didn’t happen.
This is despite abusive and threatening comments being allowed to stay on the group by Nennella admin ( ie Walsh)

Now ladies if you want proof you will have to speak to the KC Cathryn McGahey, who was present at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, when the rescue outlined the level of harassment, threats and abuse levelled at them to the judge, and his acknowledgment of such evidence played a part in his ruling.

Good Evening Everyone, I know the weather is bitter and everyone os cold, but, here is an absolute belter that will have you rolling around the floor. Nutella was so well trained by Walter, really? Is that why she jumped over the wall? The adopters shouldn’t be allowed another dog? Why, they have done nothing wrong. The new owners too lazy to get a dog that needed work, wow, so brainwashed, adopters had to get a professional in to help her, or as polos narrative she was sassy, no she wasn’t trained OR socialised. To be honest they were more than patient. They sound like a bunch of pensioners at bingo, instead of slating new owners, out yourselves in their shoes. They adopted Nutella in good faith, they did not expect all this drama and rubbish.

What does that even mean? Witness to what, good eye sight from Italy?
