Shipment uses 2 Transhippers
1.Indonesian Transhipper(Licensed Live Fish Exportir who handles the shipping from Indonesia to the buyer's local Transhipper)
2.Local Transhipper
( Licensed Live Fish Importer who handles custom clearence at the airport and make the fish come to your country legally, then will forward the fish to buyer's address )
HOW TO ORDER ? HERE IS THE PROCESS OF IMPORTING FISH FROM INDONESIA :
Buyer selects the fish.
Buyer pays the fish price + transhipping cost $7.5 each fish for shipping the fish from Indonesia to the Local Transhipper in buyer's country.
So the transhipping cost( $7.5) does not include buyer's local transhipper fee
Any additional cost needs to be paid directly to the local transhipper for covering USPS priority mail /Fedex fee ( around $20 ) + import fee ( $3 each fish ) and $3 for heater if needed in cold season.
Seller sends the fish to Indonesian Transhipper.
Indonesian Transhipper ships the fish using airport cargo to the country of buyer's local transhipper
Buyer's Local Transhipper recieves the fish shipment from Indonesian transhipper and will contact buyer for billing the shipping fee from local transhipper's address to buyer's address
Buyer pays the local transhipper fee then the local transhipper will ship the fish to buyer's adress.
WHEN WILL THE FISH SHIP?
The shipping depends on chosen transhipper shipment schedule. You can message me to get the fixed date of shipment schedule.
DOA [ Dead on Arrival ] POLICY :
Take a video before opening the betta bag to get the DOA Guarantee.
Please send me the video ,to make sure that the fish is already dead before you open the bag.
Buyer can not ask for refund money. Shipping fee is not refundable either.
Buyer can ask for a replacement betta with the same or higher quality betta.
Buyer pays again the transhipping cost from Indonesia to Buyer's local transhipper.
Buyer also pays the local Transhipper fee again

Shipping By Transhipper only
By law all Live Animals entering any country MUST come through a Licensed Import Agent (Transhipper).
When shipment (fish) arrives at the Airport, it MUST be CLEARED by Customs and INSPECTED by the Dept of Fish & Wildlife.
**The transhipper will handle all of that so the fish can enter the country legally.**
Exporting aquatic animal from Indonesia are:
- Buyer pays for fish
- Seller sends fish to Indonesian Transhipper as the shipment schedule of each Transhipper.
-Indonesian transhipper ships fish to your local Transhipper.
- Your Local Transhipper offers the shipping option. (FedEx ,UPS, USPS, Priority mail or Over night ) You choose it then Local Transhipper sends the invoice to you.
- you pay for domestic shipping cost and handling fees or anything that Local transhipper will explain to you .
- delivery to your address.
You have to pay DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST and HANDLES FEES to Transhipper (Cost from transhipper to your address). Please check list of transhipper below

* DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
- If your fish arrives to local transhipper and dead, it's an automatic DOA and i would replace your fish. You'll have to pay import for both dead and replacement fish, as well as box and shipping of replacement fish, when we send your replacement.
- For casualties that occur during re-shipping to your home, policy only if all the following criteria
+ You signed for the package on the first delivery attempt.
+ You provide us with clear picture proof of dead fish in unopened bag within 24 hours of receiving the package and a picture or video, DOA fish will be replaced by seller. If you CAN NOT provide those conditions, we WILL NOT replace or refund.
Return and Refund will not including for this situation
- Long tail fishes may have bite their tail while transporting. Don’t worry their will be better in about 1.5-2 month. Please feed them with live fish food and always do water changed every 3-4 days.
- The color of fish can be changed while shipment or by some stress from long journey. the marble gene, And by the age also. We will notify you if the betta changes color before shipment but We are not responsible for changing during transit.
