So these 2 were neutered today and doing well.
We have a neutering card at Happy Paws which we buy for €50 that will neuter 10 males or 5 females or a mixture of both. Then the €8.67 each is for deflea and worming so they go back out as healthy as possible.
So much for no cats till February 🤔

🧡 Pumpkin & Spice 🧡 2 sisters that were neglected & had such a severe case of stress & anxiety that they lost all their backside fur.
Thanks to Debbie's Little Darlings. & their current fosterer they have now regained health & confidence 😻 Spice (light calico) is not the friendliest cat out there & Pumpkin (tabby) has a minor cross eye situation but they both deserve to settle in a forever home where they'll be loved & spoiled 🥰 Please share far & wide to help them get adopted ..... send us a pm or whatsapp 7704 2556 🐾

So I’m busy feeding and cleaning out cages and I feel someone watching me. I then round and it’s a new cat that’s just appeared in the local colony. I sat down with some treats and he/she wanders over to within a meter and gobbled up the treats. I gave her a bowl of food and noticed it was struggling to eat so I grabbed a trap and set it up and 2 mins later, cat trapped.
He/she is quite skinny although doesn’t look it in the picture and his mouth and nose don’t look good, guessing in need of some dental treatment. So off to the vets we go tomorrow or Thursday 🙈

This poor boy turned up at my house and we will get him to a vet, skinny, dirty and blind 😩😢

So these 2 cute friendly kittens have had a visit to the vet and have mild cat flu and giardia so are now on medication....

So these 2 cute friendly kittens have had a visit to the vet and have mild cat flu and giardia so are now on medication.
Fostering & Homing Paws have kindly offered to take them in as I’m not equipped for kittens
They will be up for adoption once they are well.

3 cats gone for neutering, we are unsure if the ginger is neutered as he has lots of fight wounds nicks in his ear. The fact he has fresh wounds on his head I would guess he’s not. We sadly believe he was possibly a dumped pet 😢
These 3 are pretty friendly not like the beautiful angelic looking little tal madonna girls we picked up last time, I have nice scratches from them 🙄 I now use a litter picker to change food and water bowls I’m not putting my hands in again 😂

This one’s sister had her eye half closed with cat flu so was trying to trap her but got him instead.

2 more trapped tonight for neutering, one big black boy who all the lady cats love called Scooby. He’s gorgeous and also a tabby I have no info about.
We have 8 in at the moment 4 girlies recovering, poorly Ginger, 1 baby and now these 2ready for their ops.

Thank you Kitty Guardians for taking this boy off me to continue his treatment with you. This allows us to free up our cages for more neutering.
He’s a lovely boy and fell asleep with his head in my hand, such a shame he has no home. 😢

This poor boy has just come back from the vets, I didn’t go to collect him as I was in bed poorly 🤒 The vet showed Jess his gums, which are yellow and he has liver problems. This means he has to be kept in for minimum 1 month on special food and medication. 💊
Hopefully a rescue with more facilities than me are going to take him, just waiting for confirmation. 🤞
It’s always sad when we find sick cats but its great we can now do something to help the cats and stop them suffering more. ❤️

It’s great when you have helpful feeders who if we lend them trapping equipment are capable of catching their cats themselves. The cats trust the feeders, when they see us they are more wary so after a few days of trapping they realise what we are doing and it becomes a real challenge!
I wasn’t feeling well the last 2 days so one feeder caught a big ginger male for us to take for neutering Friday so just need 3 more for Jeannine and Derek to trap tomorrow. 🤞
