Looking after our mental health is becoming more and more important. With so many sources of stress on our lives, it can be hard to find ways to get through the day and find reasons to get out of bed.
I truly believe that a great way to help with any mental health struggles or if you are neurodivergent is to get yourself a dog. Raising a dog or a puppy is never plain sailing, but the rewards, benefits & effects they can give us are immense. Whether you have depression, anxiety, are taking psychiatric treatments or just need some emotional support, dogs can be an amazing addition to your life.
