Luna got her feet trimmed today for the first time by this lovely lady Karin! Went really well! We drove to a boarding facility and were in cross ties for the First time, all the while horses being tacked up, people going around, and cats, and everything. Luna did fabulous.

Luna yesterday trotting under saddle for the first time with no helper. Her 4th ride day completed. I also got her a colorful saddle pad that fits the BOZ saddle well (her first time wearing it). She looks fabulous in black and turquoise! Luna has sensitive skin so I also splurged on a new cinch, the Total Saddle Fit.

Some highlights from today. It was Luna’s third ride day and I had a young helper, Annette, to put a gas pedal on her. We got up to a trot finally! I rode the first two sessions (got gopro footage), then my lovely helper rode the third session of the day. By session I mean getting on and off and having a small moment and getting back on again. We did bends, circles, rollaways, stops and backs. All have improved greatly from the first two ride days. Oh and she had two riders! Lol.
