We heard your requests for our Lobster Manicotti Entrée from our pairing dinner to be on the menu, so we will be serving it THIS WEEKEND while supplies last!!!
For $26 , you will get THREE lasagna tubes stuffed with lobster and mascarpone cheese, baked in a spicy tomato sauce, and finished with basil oil. We've made it a meal with a side of our house-made garlic bread and fresh steamed broccoli.
At the dinner we paired this entrée with Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc! We have two bottles left, so hurry in and grab a glass to taste the complimentary flavors.
Soup of the Day: White Italian Soup - A creamy blend of Italian and Chorizo sausage cooked with potatoes, fennel, and arugula. Pairs with: Federalist Bourbon Barrel-Aged Red Blend.
